Time wasted and lack of information and far to expensive for what’s required
Calibration was required was told a week later it was required for service package of which was then agreed as they already had my analyser. Later they informed me 9 days later that I need to make the payment for the item to be sent back which was agreed however took long for them to send the payment link which was then done after a phone call to them. Then item was sent back with few spares and and batteries replaced. No actual paperwork confirming what service has been done.
Time wasted and lack of communication is bad and price to get analyser calibrated through them is a waste when you can go direct to KANE

Hi Mr Chaudhury. We are sorry you did not find our service net your expectations. The time scales involved were due to us working with Kane on your tester and the time to quote for the service as we were advised. We have a very close relationship and friendship with Kane. We feel the delay was in the quotation and go ahead process. We will take your comments on board of course and always aim to improve in all areas.
Keep well.

Issues Can Happen – It’s How They’re Handled That Counts
Online shopping is usually straightforward, however there was an issue with my order caused by an internal error. Dave contacted me directly as soon as he became aware of the issue and was very apologetic. He genuinely did his best to make things right, resulting in an outcome that was suitable for both myself and the company.
He came across as friendly, honest, and transparent throughout the process. He was upfront about the solution, which I really appreciated. Am I happy? Yes, absolutely. I felt that my custom was important, and his friendly approach made what could have been a frustrating issue feel like a minor glitch.
The matter was handled professionally, protecting Recal’s reputation while also keeping the customer satisfied. I’m very happy with the outcome.
