I am very happy with the service that I have received from the team at Re-Cal. The email prior to the due date was a very welcome reminder. This is the second year that I have used their services, I like that they have a very short turn around time so the machine was only out of operation for a few days.

Hi David, Short and sweet. We love that and love that we met your expectations, and maybe, just little, exceeded them.
Keep well. 😊
Calibration service is excellent and quick
Calibration service is excellent and quick and each instrument is returned with a full paper test results certificate, although the on-line results system seems a bit less so (I had two instrument calibrations done, but only one set of records appeared in the on-line system despite sending a query requesting it be added). This is the first time I have used Re-CAL and would do so again, no doubt my on-line results issue is not the norm - and I only really need the paper copies anyway.

Hi and thank you for your wonderful review. Apologies for the web portal issue. It is a human process to add the certificates to our portal system and it may be a human error in missing it off. If it isn't there I will get it added.
We are glad we met your over all expectations.
