I bought a tshirt from this company at the beginning of in November 2025. Not only were the shipping times extremely long, the company also gives you a free Pit Pass which is actually is a paid monthly subscription. I am particular about NOT signing up for monthly subscriptions of any kind so my guess is that they do this in an unscrupulous way. The subsequent emails are very similar to those you get from anyone from whom you buy merchandise. As I rarely use that credit card, I had no idea until this week that I was being charged 49.99 dollars a month! I will be investigating how this happened because I would never knowingly have signed up for such a ridiculous subscription

Ordered 2 RC Porsche cars but they sent the wrong ones for a Christmas gift. Now I find out they've been charging me $49.99/month for some bullshit membership I wasn't even aware of nor signed up for. Total scam. The email on their website to cancel or ask for a refund is a non working email. Guess I'll submit to Amex. What a scam and shame.

As others mentioned. This site is a joke and a complete scam. It's all drop shipped from china and to make matters worse, they trick you into signing up for a subscription. It's $0 in your cart at checkout, then you are charged $50/mo after that until you notice the charge!!

Complete scum of a company.

The hoodie took over a month to arrive. It came with the print peeling and in some places missing. Furthermore they add a “Pitt Pass Rewards” it is automatically added into your cart for $0.00 however it is actually a monthly subscription disguised. If you want poor quality clothing and too lose money randomly then order if not AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Bought it about a week from Christmas, figured it wouldn’t come in on time and I was right however it ended up coming in closer to February. When I did get it quality was absolutely horrible… after only one wash the print started to fall off and fade. Don’t waste your money here.

I ordered two hoodies from Reality Racing on December 9th and never received anything.
The tracking page claims the package reached my country and was handed to a “local carrier”, yet it never shows which carrier. I contacted multiple shipping companies and none of them have any record of this shipment.
I tried contacting Reality Racing multiple times:
• Several emails — no response
• Phone number — no answer
• Commented with my order details — still ignored
To make things worse, about a month after my order they charged me an additional $93 without any explanation or authorization.
No product, no customer support, and an unexplained charge.

I loved the bundles, one of the tshirts was double printed making image not clear.

Should consider bettering customer service. I wasn’t able to claim my tees, perk of membership, and customer service never responded.

Support resolved my question without making things complicated. Shipping seems faster now than before.

Ordered twice already and both experiences were solid. Fast shipping both times and consistent quality.

Everything arrived as needed. Clean, simple, no issues.

I ordered a Ferrari jacket in may 2025 after many emails and nothing since August last year I asked for a refund and didn’t even receive this!! My poor daughter saved her money for the jacket to wear to the British Grand Prix but alas nothing. Wouldn’t recommend it except if you want to lose £70

I have ordered twice from this company, the only saving grace is the quality of the products is decent and I like the designs.

However, they take forever to process an order. First time I ordered, I ended up emailing persistently asking where my order was. Used the excuse that they had sold out of all of the 3 products I had ordered, that was the first red flag. Then finally a month to the date that I had ordered, they finally sent me a tracking number from China (2nd red flag). The packages came pretty quick from the time I received the tracking number.

The 2nd time, I tried their 2 tickets to a GP of my liking chance boosting box. DO NOT ORDER THIS BOX!!!!! Aside from the same issues with getting the product actually processed, they have failed to meet the guidelines as stated on the promotion page, as well as having inconsistent guidelines. Plus they keep dodging my emails questioning them on it.

Overall 2 star experience purely because the product quality was decent, although possibly drop shipped.

Order shipped very late and I’m getting charged twice for this order. Not happy

The shirts and hoodies are such good quality. I was worried the small I ordered would be too big, but it shrunk nicely. I did have some shipping delays but the customer service team was great and very transparent.

It took time to arrive but the quality of the product is really good.

Reality racing never disappoints! Their T-Shirts are so soft, which makes it so comfortable to wear!

It took really long to get here, about 2 months, and from china. Quality of the Fabric is nice but the Prints are just glued on, so far they hold on but have only been washed once.

I love love love the hoodies and the tshirts! Super cute brands, like redbull (my fav) and fit so comfortable! I have already put a couple of my friends onto Reality and I don’t see myself buying hoodies anywhere else anytime soon haha. Looking forward to the next Redbull hoodie drop! (i’ve bought 3 so far)
