I ordered the monster bandeau top & elasticated trouset set and it never turned up after 6 days i sent an email and i heard nothing from them ended up doing a dispute with my bank thankfully got my money back but im really disappointed that i never got it as it looked like a really nice set

Bonjour, je tiens à m'exprimer sur mon expérience.
J'ai récemment acheté un sweat sur leur site. En voyant les avis à 1 étoile, j'étais réticent à l'idée de faire confiance. Mais j'ai néanmoins voulu me faire ma propre idée.
Et je n'en suis pas déçu. Il était très bien emballé, le sweat est comme il est.

Well first off the quality of my hoodie was absolutely amazing it what threw me off guard was and still sadly is the “tracking your package” system it isn’t the best but I eventually found a “universal track your package” and I’d only give them 5 stars if they had their own system.

J'ai commander sur le site fin février, je l'ai revu aujourd'hui le 26 mars, je pensais que c'etais une arnaque car je n'avais pas de réponse aux mails mais j'avais toujours accès au suivi du colis mais au final j'ai eu une réponse de leur part où ils m'expliquent qu'ils ont énormément de demande et qu'ils vont faire passer la commande au plus vite, je l'ai reçu peu de temps après, à part le délai de livraison assez long je suis très satisfaite de la qualité je recommanderai encore chez eux!

I paid for two hoodies as a Christmas present for my son however although payment has been made I have not yet received them.

Ich habe bereits vor einem Monat dort Bestellt, und auch entsprechend storniert da die Ware nicht losgesendet wird. Ich habe verspätet eine Antwort halten, das meine Bestellung "erfolgreich" Storniert wurde. Dies geschah jedoch nie, ich habe jetzt eine FInale Frist gesetz, sollte ich bis dahin NICHT mein Geld zurück erhalten haben, werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten der mir mein Geld zurück holt. Ich rate DRINGEND von einem Kauf ab!

Vor 2 Wochen bestellt und bezahlt. Seitdem stellt sich der Verkäufer tot. Keine Reaktion, wann Ware geliefert wird. Fake! Hole jetzt Geld zurück. NICHT kaufen!!!!!

Horrible shipping time, took over 3 weeks and would only ship it after I emailed them. Very cheaply made too. The decals look like I could just peel them off and I even had letters missing on the back ($70 coat btw) and then when you go to return the clothing because it sucks, there's a 25% restocking fee AND you only get your money back in store credit

Man könnte bei ihnen die Kreditkarte nicht scannen aber sonst war alles top

I was robbed.
Spent £84.15 on clothing.
Sent numerous messages directly to their company as that’s the only way of making contact, all my messages were ignored.
Been nearly a month now & it’s still showing (my order is being processed)???
I see some people have been successful & happy with this company, but I can only go by my personal experience.
