Real Canvas Farm Arvostelua 

Drawing was done on horizontal canvas and should have been on vertical. Way too much blank space on each side as pose was suited for vertical picture. Contacted them and they did not offer any credit or redo the pictures correctly.

There size guides don’t match the actual sizes when ordering. I want my picture turned vertical. Company corrected and sent new picture for free. 💯

Short story- I started the order process in Nov 2024 and as of 1/15/25 I still have not received anything. Long story- At first customer service wasn't too bad, I had received a preview and approved it however I decided I wanted to order a larger size. They could not do that without my cancelling my first order and then ordering the larger size- they said they would expedite my order as soon as they received it (12/5)- I did get my money back for the first order right away, however nothing was expedited. I then received a completely different preview than what I had approved before, which did not look like the dogs so I had to go back and forth with them 3 times before just finally approving something. Finally I get a notice on 12/26 that it shipped, I track it and it got to LA on Jan 1, and then no movement. I contacted them on 1/6 and they told me it was currently on the way (in the air) to LA. I then sent them a screen shot showing that according to the tracking number they gave me it was already in LA for 6 days. They then sent this back "Due to the different tracking methods used on our website and our own system, there is indeed a certain difference in the update speed between the two. Thank you for your reminder. Your package is being transported normally. Wishing you a smooth life" - after that they just didn't answer any inquiries. I got in touch with the shipping company, and they wanted to send me back to Real Canvas farm- I said they were no help and now there is an "investigation" as to where the canvas is- I suspect I will never receive and the vendor definitely does not care. (Hopefully I can get money back through Paypal)

Definitely not worth the price! The portrait of my dog has a line going right through the middle. I could have probably done a better job at Walmarts photo kiosk

after 3 different changes the picture looked very little like my dog. after 3 you have no choice but to take what they give you. I also had the size reduced and they still have not replied to anything on a credit. Note that I said reply b/c this business is overseas and no one to speak to. Use another option, I have pictures and emails if you need proof let me know

The artist drew a collar on my pet when there wasn’t one on him in the photo I submitted! This was a gift for my husband to remember our 12 yr old pet by and all they could say was “I’m sorry our artist mistakenly saw the dog wearing a collar when drawing the picture.“ I am so upset they didn’t preview the drawing for me or have some sort of quality assurance control. Money HORRIBLY spent!!!

I sent in a pic of my dog. I picked one where he was "smiling" because it really showed his personality. The canvas I received looked nothing like the picture I provided. In the picture, you could clearly see my dog's whiskers and tongue. The canvas I received has neither. They added folds on his face that make him look creepy. Awful job, waste of money.
I contacted them via email and have not received a response.

Complete scam artists. Awful communication and when I received the package there was only a frame - no print. I've emailed repeatedly with zero response. PLEASE do not do business with these thiefs.

The portrait I received was of a lovely german shepherd. Unfortunately, it was not my german shepherd. The company used a random dog in a similar setting as the photo I sent. The response from the company was that they don't provide refunds on custom work. Again...Not the photo I sent and NOT MY DOG.

NEVER RECEIVED ANY ITEM after they OVERCHARGED ME. I completed the form to place an order and then they charged me $30 over what the form stated. When I contacted them, they told me they could not find an order with the information I provided, including my name, email and the actual confirmation number they gave me! THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. I could not get any further information from them and had to contest the charge on my credit card.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I made my purchase. Poorest quality I have ever seen, and the picture looked like something out of a coloring book. The picture I received had the dog in brown and white, but my dog was gray. I wanted something to memorialize her, but I got something that is just going to end up on the landfill. I should have just thrown my money away, as it would have taken up less space there.

After contacting the company with their strict return/refund policy, I got a simple "Sorry to hear that. Some errors in customized portraits are unavoidable. Thank you for understanding." Well, I don't understand how a company could act like they will make a product of your animal, yet send you something that looks like a dog that you see on a standard coloring book.

What a joke this company is, and it proved to be one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Do your self a favor, and scroll past this one. You will save yourself time and money.

Quality of print on canvas looks NOTHING like what was advertised. Blurry and pixilated. Assembly of the damn thing was a nightmare and the double sided tape doesn't even stick to the canvas! I have to go get staples and make it look even worse. They did get our fur baby correct tho. also did not take 8-12 days as they say more like 3 weeks

I have purchased a canvas art in the past and it was amazing how perfectly well the pet and painting was done. This time I used real canvas farm for my canvas and I received a picture of an animal that looks absolutely nothing like the photo I shared with them. I asked them to redo it twice with the correct image and they refuse. They clearly mixed up the photo I sent them with someone else’s pet. They offer 20 % discount based on my dissatisfaction .. wish I had read the reviews first and found a reputable local company. This ships from Shanghai and took about 3 weeks

Customer service was horrible. I received copies of 3 different dogs with the same background. Almost no background shown and the quality of image was faded. Cheap material and they didn’t give me any option of making it better or return. No effort to make it better. Horrible service. Do a canvas at the pharmacy or Shutterfly that you’ll get a better quality and lower price.

My two canvases arrived and look beautiful and just like my dogs, captured their character perfectly. Tracking information was accurate and I'm happy with the product.

They shipped my painting to the wrong address and that it was delivered to a mailroom at an address they couldn’t provide me. They then told me to go find it.

Don't order from these people. What we order and what we dot did not look like our dogs. We spoke to someone and they said no refund. We disputed it with PayPal and then they said if we dropped the PayPal dispute they would refund 70%. We did not believe them. I think they just wanted us to drop the PayPal dispute and then we would be ghosted. We also order a large size print and the frame was thing and cheap. The canvas is already copy off they frame. Cheap junk.

Actually they don't deserve any stars. The picture they sent me isn't even my dog. I complained, got no response $62 for a piece of crap. Another Facebook BS company.

Absolutely ridiculous waste of money. Do NOT trust the reviews on their website. The flimsy, cheap material piece of crap they sent looks nothing like the image I sent. It doesn’t even really look like a dog. I’m torn between laughing and fighting for my money back. Think I’ll just give it to the dog to chew up. Avoid this place!
