ReadyLet Property Ltd Arvostelua

Thank you to the whole team at ReadyLet Properties.

I can truly say that I was never at any point pressured into buying my first property being a first time landlady.
Kim and Gill have been very kind and informative and even advised me not to rush into buying a property until I was absolutely sure.
I have spoken many times to Gill and get the feeling that her integrity is behond reproach. I feel very fortunate to have been reccomended to Readyet Properties.
I would like to say thanks again to Gill, Kim Jennifer and also Mr Keith Burgess who kindley sent me some more info I was after quite late in the evening.

The exchange and insurance all complete and looking forward to being a happy landlady.

Excellent service. Good timely communication throughout the process. I look forward to working with the team.

Just excellent support and delivery. We now have a number of properties and have been very happy working with ReadyLet Properties. Planning to extend the portfolio.

Over the past 18 months, my wife and I have purchased 6 properties through ReadyLet. We have received monies from the yield as promised and as a bonus each property has gone up in value by 30%. The staff are professional, efficient and offer a friendly service.

Excellent company for property investment. The complete property management company you can trust to look after your properties with rental. Any issues you can address with Gill, Kim and Jennifer they are quickly resolved to your satisfaction. I have friends that have also invested with this company Readylet and are very happy.

Amazing friendly team who have been great to work with!

Readylet has enabled me to improve my pension, using a very small lump sum to gain a regular income.
The company are friendly and informative.
All of my questions were answered by Gill/Keith/Kim in a timely manner.
The whole process for both of my purchases was problem free.
I'm so impressed that I've wholeheartedly recommended them to my friends, 2 of whom have subsequently made purchases of their own.

We have recently purchased with Readylet and I have to say the whole process was stress free. We would highly recommend the whole team for their 100 per cent professional approach. Kim and Gill have been truly brilliant and the feel from the team is it’s a passionate run family company. They have been exceptionally helpful, from the first email right through to the point of completion. There were no hiccups and the whole process was extremely professional. Th property was then let with 24 hours of completion and rent comes through in the 4th if every month. No issues. The ReadyLet team explained everything in great detail and we are so pleased that we benefitted from their help and guidance. We have since recommended Readylet to friends looking to purchase in the North East, We would highly recommend ReadyLet Properties, for any future investment.

We have been referring our clients to the ReadyLet team for a few years now. Our clients have purchased in excess of 75 houses from ReadyLet. They have all commented on the professionalism they have encountered and of course the excellent investment they have made! Many are coming back and buying more...and why not! Well done and keep up the good work.

Kim and the team here are fantastic, we have now purchased our third investment property and the team @ ReadyLet have been supportive and kept us up to date every step of the way. Rent is always paid on time and monthly rental statements are sent every month and would advise anyone looking for investments to contact Readylet and get started. Thank you very much and feel free to contact myself for more details. Gary

We have been dealing with ready let for about five months now and don’t have a bad word to say!
Having been trying to get into property investment for sometime, but busy lives with family restrictions slowing it down, what ready let offered seemed an ideal solution being that it’s totally hands off, and I am pleased to say that’s exactly how it’s worked out so far - we have been so impressed with our first property we are now in the process of buying a second from them.
All the team are very helpful and approachable and took the time to explain everything in simple terms but with lots of detail for peace of mind. They also respond to emails quickly and basically always do what they say they will.

An excellent and legitimate company that delivers exactly as they advertise. The process is easy and simple with a non pressured process. They help you every step of the way from completing the purchase, rental and insurance.

I have found this company excellent in every respect. They made everything so easy and ensured that I was able to earn rental income within a period of only 5 weeks, from my initial discussion with the team to completion. As a landlord, you really are 'hands free.' The most I have ever had to do is check my account on the 8th of each month! 100% satisfied!

I had to sell my property sooner than planned because personal circumstances were such that I needed the capital from the property. Readylet resold the property in their highly efficient way.

I have every intention of purchasing further properties once my current circumstances change.

An amazing & super friendly team! If you are looking for a great way to invest in property that provides high returns - I highly recommend ReadyLet Properties
