The Read Shop Arvostelua 

de winkel is de hele tijd gesloten! Ik ben er een paar keer geweest en het is gesloten!!! ze hebben een dhl-punt maar daar kun je geen gebruik van maken! Ik ben zeer ontevreden!!!!

Ontzettende onaardige man, ik vind het een dikke chagerijn. Altijd onvriendelijk en bot naar klanten toe. Hij sprak me aan alsof ik zijn onderdaan bent. Ongelofelijk dat zo’n zaak stand houdt in zo’n klein dorpje. Ik ga er alleen heen als het echt niet anders kan. Stuurde mij vanochtend weg zonder verzendbewijs omdat z’n printer het niet deed, niet voor rede vatbaar, geen gesprek mee te voren. Kon niet op normale toon uitleggen; direct verhief hij zijn stem. Gaf mij het gevoel alsof ik dom ben, ronduit onbeschoft!

Vandaag pasfoto's laten maken. Vreselijke foto's, tot 2x toe.
De man wist dat dit voor de gemeente was en laat me 13,95 betalen. Foto wordt afgekeurd op een lok haar die net over de wenkbrauw hangt.(zeer kritisch vd gemeente, 3/4 vd wenkbrauw was wel zichtbaar.)
Maar nu komt het:
Ik krijg géén geld terug omdat ik niet nog eens daar een foto wil laten maken. Schandalig!!! Wat een slechte service.
Ik raad het iedereen af daar pasfoto's te laten maken. Die man kan er gewoon niks van! Super onvriendelijke man!!!

Onbeschofte onvriendelijke eigenaren. Zijn het ondernemer zijn zeker niet waard. Ik koop er nog geen postzegel meer.

Bij de Readshop in Roermond zijn ze doorgaans kortaf en klantonvriendelijk als je een pakketje op komt halen.
Vandaag wilde ik een pakketje ophalen (Ik was de enige klant) maar was mijn telefoon vergeten.
De dame wou perse een barcode hebben. Ik moest maar een andere keer terug komen. Ze zijn nog te beroerd om even te zoeken
Bij bijv. de Primera in Roermond kennen ze me,en roepen al gelijk mijn huisnummer als ik binnen kom en een barcode is niet nodig.

Wel eens geprobeerd Readshop Vleuten te bellen??? doe maar niet je krijgt niemand aan de lijn. Per bandje vragen ze eerst een keuzenummer in te toetsen en verwijzen ze je standaard naar een site. Als ze je niet willen spreken, zijn ze je bezoek dus omzet ook niet waard. Je zou ook gewoon op het bandje kunnen zetten dat het te druk is.
Uiterst klant ONVRIENDELIJK

ik vind de readshop een aangename plek om te komen. ik wordt altijd goed geholpe door het vriendelijke personeel bij het verzenden van mijn pakketten

Een van de mannelijke oudere medewerkers genaamd Ruud krabben is extreem onbeleefd en absoluut niet klantvriendelijk. Tevens ook geagiteerd als een klant aan hem iets vraagt. Ik ben met mijn zoontje weg gegaan, hij was er helemaal onder de indruk van . Wij hebben een officiële klacht ingediend

Wilde een pakketje terug sturen. Was alleen gelijk van ja je moet een zelf een een label printen (terwijl er al een adress op het pakket stond) en van je kan hier niet contant betalen.

Laatste keer dat ik daar naar toe ga.

De laatste keer dat mijn moeder er was moest ze ter plekken allemaal apps installeren.

Rond 14maart 2023 zo uit mn hoofd had ik een pakket retour gestuurd naar replacedirect via Bruna maar nu is dat dus fout gegaan want wat er op de verzendbewijs staat is niet het adres waar het naartoe moest, beide adressen zijn wel van dezelfde bedrijf maar ik kan het pakket nu niet traceren! Heel oerdom van Bruna! ik neem er nog contact over op!als het tegenzit wordt het een civiele procedure nog!en daar ben ik op zijn zachts gezegd helemaal NIET blij mee!
Ga alvast een melding doen van oplichting bij de Politie ook van het bedrijf waar ik het gekocht had en retour moest doen!
Zonodig wordt het een echte aangifte waarschijnlijk tegen Bruna!

Wacht al 3 maanden op een pakketje krijg ik op de dag dat deze retour gestuurd wordt bericht vanuit post.nl waar het ligt. Ik heb telefonisch contact gehad met een medewerker van de Read Shop die mij verzekerde dat het pakketje op zaterdag nog opgehaald kon worden. Puntje bij paaltje mijn pakket is onderweg naar afzender retour. Rond uit een rotzaak

Klantonvriendelijk
Volgens site ing punt tot half 6 open. Wanneer je binnenkomt om 1 voor 5 laten ze je lang wachten terwijl ze niks nuttigs doen en zeggen vervolgens dat je voor 5 uur had moeten komen. Hele SLECHTE zaak en NORSE mensen

Verbitterde medewerkers, chagerijnig en bot.

Op 10_09_2021 ben ik goed geholpen door Yolanda. Een zeer enthousiaste en vriendelijke medewerker ook bij problemen word aandacht gegeven en opgelost.

Horrible online shopping experience at the read shop. Placed order of giftcard one week before friend's birthday, on the webshop and email confirmation says orders will be shipped out next working day. Well, 6 days later I had to contact them cause nothing been delivered, I have been told due to corona, they only generate orders once a week on Fridays. I have to quickly drive to city and buy a last minute gift. Blame all delays and lack of notifications to corona, good luck The Read Shop, a great way to chase your customers to competitors.

Other 1 star reviews here opened a window for me that how a company can scew up in many different ways.

Net bij Readshop Euterpeplein, Amersfoort binnengestapt. Een grote jongen zei zeer boos dat ik weg moest wezen. Hij was gesloten zei hij. Ik schrok heel erg, wat een onvriendelijkheid. Hoe kon ik nou weten dat ie dicht is????? Er stonden nog klanten. Ik zei er wat van. "Ja, ik ben heel onvriendelijk" zei hij spottend. Ik kom nooit meer in deze winkel. Is nu de 3e nare ervaring.

Gisterenmiddag een boek besteld bij The Read Shop Etten-Leur. Na een paar uur had ik het al in huis. Keurig verpakt in cadeaupapier en een lief bedankkaartje erbij.
Op deze manier is het een feestje om iets te bestellen bij deze Read Shop.

I have now had my second bad experience with this shop ,
i must say i am not surprised ,,, to read so many negative reviews about this SO CALLED postal service FROM ALL DIFFERANT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY( ?????
I had a parcel sent to me from England ,it arrived at the read shop on 29th of december ,it was, according to the tracking record which i have seen,,,,,,,,, sent out to my address on dec 30th There was no message put through my letter box to alert me that my parcel was attempted to be delivered ,

As i have read in postNL conditions it clearly states that when I am not at home that as a receiver of a parcel i will be notified simply by a card put through my door
informing me of the situation and advising me to collect at the read shop on insulinderweg 478 Amsterdam, This did not happen as there was no message put through my door , therfore I had no idea if my parcel was in the netherlands or not ,
One week later the parcel was sent out again to my address on 8th jan according to the tracking system record , which I must say did not become available to me until saturday 9th of jan
my parcel was again not delivered and I had no idea that a postal staffworker had tried to deliver as again there was no message put through my letterbox updating me of the parcels whereabouts
so I then had to wait until mon 11th jan when they opened the shop
I produced my tracking record to a member of staff and he simply replied that my parcel had been sent back to the sender in england , I said why was there not a note put through my door to let me konw that the parcel could be collected at THE READ SHOP ,
He just repeated what he previously said that my parcel was returned to the sender in england

I could not believe what I was hearing ..as I had had a terrible experience with them on a previous occasion when I went to the shop asked for my parcel and all that was said to me was loudly and rudely “ ITS BEEN SENT BACK “
So this means I can not receive any parcels to my address there is no efficient postal service in the netherlands , what when I have checked that there are also many complaints about this company from many different other branches of there shops
I am truly astounded that such a business is permitted to exist in this so called advanced technological age , OR is this some kind of satirical comedy, ( monty python style )
