Reactive Outdoor Arvostelua

My anywhere hammock arrived quickly and it's just as described! Quality materials. It DOES only take a minute to set up or break down. Lightweight but sturdy. And I can actually put it back in it's carry sack. This will be going everywhere we go in our RV. :-)

Great little tent. The quality is amazing. So easy to use.

I pitched the tent in the back yard. It went up as easily as advertised. Tent is well made. Ready to use it this fall. Highly recommend this tent.

Ordered the 2 step tent, it's truly amazing. So easy to put up and to take down. Spoke to Jack along the way, he's happy that I'm pleased. I would recommend it to anyone

Easy ordering and fast delivery—what’s not to like

Great motorcycle trip to Brecon Wales with the smaller tent...so easy...and felt weird to be sitting with a beer so soon!...69cm is max width {the smaller tent} to be safe on my Triumph Scrambler 1200XC.

my order of tent went missing due to the unprofessionalism of the couriers EVRI not following simple instructions which seems a common issue with Evri.
However I have nothing but praise for REACTIVE OUTDOOR for the way this was dealt with, politely and efficiently and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the outcome.
I am just awaiting delivery of second tent and I cant wait to receive it, more so after reading the reviews.
I will not hesitate to order more goods thanks to the wonderful customer service here. Thank you REACTIVE

Top service!

Delivery was very fast and so far the tent is as it was advertised very compact and first time set up from the bag to set up with screens open ready for the bedding in under a minute, haven’t put it down yet or camped in it, going for a week ride next week it will be on the back, will re comment when I’ve used it for a week

Arrived on time
Extended the guarantee got meal list
All great service

I’ve just camped out in Dorrigo for the weekend with my three second tent and couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a bit of rain and wind which didn’t affect the tent at all.

We had an issue with a failed inflatable tube in our tent which I initially believed to be unsolvable. Wrong. I texted Jack in Customer service and explained what happened. He said it was fixable and so it was. He immediately got the part I needed out to us and that was all it took. They even sent a gift to help us feel better about the temporary loss. We really appreciate Reactive Outdoor!

Im 68 years old with some breathing issues. This tent was the best investment I have ever made. It was easy to put up, once I figured out that both valves were open, I needed to close them, and when the pump stopped you had to walk inside and push up on the center. The tent was roomy, warm and very comfortable! I would buy it again!
The only thing I would improve, is the floor to be thicker, I feel like it would tear easily. It didn't but I would make it thicker.
When i had an issue with the battery, customer service was on it and gave me ideas to improve performance.

Definitely worth the money. Very easy to set up and take down. I would recommend the breezy fan with light that hangs inside the tent.

Very fast delivery time.

The easy of the set up & take down, it really surprised us at how easy it was!
Also we bought the 2 person tent & it is very roomy!
Hope to enjoy it lots!

Customer service was absolutely brilliant. Ame up with a solution to my problem straight away

Great tent. Have not triede it jet but looking forward to doing it.

Fantastic solo camping

Easy up and down just like video, roomy 3 man tent with a double mattress and room for rucksack and dog

Tent de 2 steps besteld gelijk extra batterij erbij besteld. Tent was snel binnen maar extra batterij zat er niet bij. Kan iemand van reactive outdoor mij misschien vertellen over de levering van die extra batterij?
