Reactive Outdoor Arvostelua

I had a problem with a battery not charging and when I contacted reactive Jack promptly took care of the problem and sent me a replacement battery!

Ordering online was exceptionally easy and hassle free. My tents arrived within 3 days of ordering. The 3 second tent is really a 3second tent as how it was advertised. Great tents and great company. Would 100% recommend these guys.

Fast delivery, charging battery up and then I will set it up when it's done. Getting excited to not have to work setting up and taking down. Im 67 and my body can't take the hard work it takes to set up other tents.

Thank you for your good costumer service.

Jack was helpful & prompt with his responses to my queries. Great customer service.

We bought the medium tent as additional space for the side of our motorhome. Struggled at first with getting it fully inflated but after support from the reactive outdoor team we eventually realised what we were doing wrong. Have since used it in both wet and dry conditions without any problems. The team reply straight away to any queries. The tent is ideal for 2 oldies, as doesn’t require the usual fight with support sticks and actually inflates and deflates well. Would I recommend - yes absolutely

As an older women I needed something quick and easy to set up-this is just brilliant-exceeded my expectations to be honest. Huge plus is that I can easily stand up in it and packs away small in my microcamper 👍

Haven't used tent yet. Its a backup. Maybe use on trip soon.

Price, delivery speed and the fact it literally took 3secs to put up once out of the bag without even reading the instructions...well done guys.

I couldn't believe that everything worked as stated. The tent was large, solid, and waterproof. It was so easy to set up and easier to take down. It also was delivered faster than most products I've ordered from other companies. I love it.

The product is everything they said it was...very pleased! Not sure about the date of experience but close enough!

I'm not gone, the first time putting it up took about 6 or 7 minutes while I was figuring everything out. But every other time going up or coming down, was super fast. I'm about to take it out to test it in the rain. But so far, a 10, hands down. Small edit, spent the night in it in these DFW storms. And not one ounce of water came through. I'm ready for my real camping trip now!!!!

Just received my 3 Sec Tent (large) and set it up in my lounge room. Plenty of room but absolutely quick as the Flash to set up and pack down.

Reactive Outdoor have been amazing regarding a failed delivery by a carrier. They chased up the carrier but immediately sent me another tent which was excellent service. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Quick delivery great service

We purchased two instant up tents from Reactive Outdoor in 2025, but I didn't want to review until I'd used the products. They did arrive very quickly and were well-packaged. We've taken the 'family pack' (one large one small) tents on a couple of trips now and they are really well made and definitely super easy to put up. The first trip we got absolutely poured on, and the tents stayed dry inside, with the little canopy over the flyscreen keeping the ventilation without compromising cover. My only concern (very minor) was that the groundsheets don't seem to fit under the tents very well, so I couldn't quite work out exactly how they are supposed to be used. The dimensions seem mismatched to the floor of the tent. It didn't comromise our experience though, as we just innovated. Overall very happy with my purchase.

This is a fabulous company with an equally fabulous product. I bought the 3 person version. It does exactly what it claims - easy up, easy down, packed in just over a minute. Light, easily portable, service as fast as the tent is to raise. Great customer contact. Straightforward price. If recommend it to anyone who enjoys the outdoors but doesn’t like the kerfuffle. Outstanding.

Great tent- as promised, ready to use straight out of the box. Pops up and folds down. Kept us dry during the rain! Highly recommended

Fast delivery and product is as expected. Excited to try the tent out in a few weeks.
