I’ve ordered two separate orders from this company. I’m based in the uk. The prices were ok and postage was not extortionate. I had to wait a long time for everything to turn up but it turned up. Very well packaged and safe which is great because one item though not expensive was very rare. I can’t complain. I would like to make a more expensive order but still a bit scared!

I have only looked at their website. I was after some of the Italeri 1/32 scale Mirage III kits. They had two versions of this kit for sale, at £46.49 and £46.64 each. Hold on, the price for the same kits from a reputable UK based company is in the circa £100 region. So either they're ripping people off by making up the difference or they're lying. I looked at all the Italeri kits they listed and they were all ridiculously under priced - Caveat Emptor!!!

I bought and paid for my order. Didn't hear anything for 3 days. Then I received an email stating the local post office would not allow my product to be shipped so I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $18.00 on top of the $12.00 for FedEx. Bad business.

I ordered from RCJAZ twice, and both times the Mini 4WD were excellent.

The quality is really good, Everything came well-packaged and protected, which I really appreciated.

Shipping was smooth, and the whole experience felt reliable. Definitely recommend them if you're into Mini 4WD cars.

Ordered a few products, one of them apparently wasn't in stock. But they charged like they sent it. However, I got a refund for it.

Made two more orders; TT02 oil diffs and Type S suspension. As before, both arrived well packaged and within 10 days. Great service and I will continue to use them when required.

Ordered about 20 parts, various things for one of my Rc cars, I decided to try these guys as they advertised a few things that another supplier in Australia didn't have in stock. Long story short, It only took about 4 days for them to process, I then get an email, We have sent your order today, Then to read on for them to then say they couldn't supply a part, which to me was the main component, without this I cannot use the Car.
They then try to suggest a different part which from the photos looks completely different and try to say that their supplier says it will work..... I don't trust this outfit at all. Never Again.

It's a hong long based vendor trying to elicit UK orders via a UK Web domain and eBay shop. I bought a part from them listed as compatible with my vehicle but it turned out not to be. I get that sometimes these things happen but I expect an apology and some way of rectifying. Instead no apology, no refund offered, no recognition of the mistake (item still listed as compatible even though it isn't) and to cap it all off, their suggestion was to buy even more parts from them to 'adapt' my vehicle to accommodate the incorrect part.. Basically I should spend my way out of a problem they created. If you buy from these just remember that returns would be very costly and UK consumer rights won't apply to you.

First time ordering them, they made me wait for 2 weeks and received nothing but bad news.

Ordered after a week, still heard nothing them about shipping status, so I had to send them an email. Then they reply said that there are 5 things I ordered are out of stock. I was very disappointed but I had no choice and choose something else to replace.

So I have listed 8 things that I wanted and ask them to check their stock status. I listed that many in case something that are out of stock without their knowledge. But they only reply half the stuff that are in stock, which I had to sent another email to ask what about the other 5? Then they sent me a reply only 1 out of the other 5 are in stock.

So I picked 3 things out of those 6 to match the price and remaining credits. Then they told me they will start packing and let me know again when they sent out for shipping.

I was relieved a moment, until the next day they sent me an email and I see nothing about shipping but more bad news. One of 3 things I picked out for replacement just sold out the last one. So they asked me if I want to pick any other replacement worth £17.47?

How useless are they??? Because they are located in Hong Kong, so the time difference used next day to reply the email. If I didnt waste my time spent 4 days to sent them email and wait for reply, I would have received those replacements. So I would stay away if I were you!

Has a UK web address. However went to buy a small vice and 2 pairs of tweezers Total amount £29.95 and they attempted to charge me nearly £30.00 shipping. Ridiculous. Cancelled immediately.

Turns out items were not in stock anyway.

Short version made order paid ,they made mistake and they were out of stock I asked for refund( politely; they said yes ,months later still no money $106, and passing blame on world pay,

I made a order through Rcjaz of $106.00 I ordered a body shell 2 weeks later they emailed me to say they are out of order and ask ,so I ask for refund as I wanted this specific shell (samurai fc3s rx-7) they sead they refunded me and will take couple of days to clear ,now after months of trying to contact them They are passing the blame on Worldpay ,I am without product or my money ,I am angry they have not tried to resolve this issue I am a paying customer that just want what I paid for or my money that’s all no drama,

Good place for low - cost RC gear, even if you account for shipping and custom fees.

Communication feels like it's been dragged through google translate and can be a bit confusing.

Shipping cost is relatively high and shipping takes a while to arrive. They do provide a tracking number once shipped.

Articles are genuine and arrived properly packed.
