Stay away from this company.
The item I received was not as described and of extremely poor quality. When I contacted the company, they refused to provide a full refund and instead offered only 30–40%, which is completely unacceptable and not compliant with UK consumer law. When goods are faulty or misrepresented, the retailer must cover the return postage and issue a full refund — they refused to do either.

Their website claims they have a store in London, yet no UK address is provided, and the return address they gave me belongs to an individual in China. This is highly misleading for customers who believe they are buying from a UK‑based business.

Another major red flag is the huge discrepancy in reviews. Their website shows over 3000 positive Trustpilot reviews, but on Trustpilot shows only around 30 reviews mostly negative.

Overall, the company has been evasive, unhelpful, and unwilling to follow basic consumer protection laws. I am now escalating the matter with my credit card provider and reporting the business to UK Trading Standards.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this retailer.

I’m extremely disappointed with this jumper from Rayida. The quality is far below what I expected for the price. The customer service is a big joke can’t believe I asked for return and the way they treated me very unprofessional and invaluable.

The fit is also very poor and doesn’t match the size guide. It’s uncomfortable and looks nothing like it did in the pictures. Overall, it feels like a waste of money and time, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth buying. I feel I am so generous to give them even one star

Very poor quality, and they wouldn't accept the return. literally the coat feels like its made of felt from hobbycraft!!! Scammed £100.

I ordered a suit weeks ago it still hasnt even left the warehouse and they've stopped replying to my emails now so I'm without a suit or a refund. I even paid extra for just incase the parcel was lost in transit.. AVOID

Very poor service i was scanmmed do not buy from this website you won't get your money back. I have reported this company awaiting the next steps. You won't get a refund they try offer you a perecentage of your order which is nothing to what you paid. They will delay responding once you are addiment you want a refund never buy from this site. The quality of the clothes are very bad material. You will regret buying from this site.

Awful quality and couldn't return unless I paid for shipping to China however after 3 weeks of asking for returns details I have nothing.

The worst experience I ever had in a online buy.
I buy it, and its bad quality, different colour, bad texture, different shape in comparision as the image.
Finally, they are located in Hong Kong so it is even more expensive to do the refund than to buy something.
This is a scam, please don't buy in this shop!!!

Do not deal with this company. Your emails and evidence will disappear. The quality of the goods supplied is substandard. It is a total scam - be warned

Do not order from this store - waited 7 weeks for my order and when it arrived it wasn’t as advertised and horrific quality. I have had to ask 5 times for their refund policy and keep being met with an offer of 10,20,30% for ‘my convenience’ to not have to send the parcel back for a full refund. Their returns address on the website is in Miami, however, the one sent over email is in China. Don’t waste your time!

Do not buy from Rayida. the quality is awful and trying to return items is a mare. They emailed me asking if I would keep the item and have 10% discount because the shipping costs are high. Is that even legal????

Trust pilot team, is it that you don't want to look into the fact that this business fictitiously put up a 4.7/5 reviews trustpilot on its web page? Will you allow a name you built to be used in luring people to spend their hard earned money? For this company, trust pilot need to have NO STAR RATING!! Every negative words you read here are all correct. The guts of stating its a business in London beats me.

Ordered a man’s Trench coat on the 15th February, stated 3/5 days express delivery. The website stated it had a shop
In London, no such shop exists in London.
The coat hadn’t arrived by the 1st of March, checked tracking it was still in there Chinese warehouse. I contacted them stating I didn’t want the coat anymore, as they had failed to deliver on time. Plus they had lied about having a shop in London. So under the consumers act I would like a full refund. They just kept offering a 30% refund, this went on and on. Me asking for my money back and them offering a partial refund. The coat arrived today the 12th of March, it’s appalling. Wafer thin doesn’t look like the photo on there site, my husband is a tall man and is a normally a XL to XXL. This Trench coat must be XXXXL it wraps round him. It’s cheap rubbish you would not pay five pounds for.
Don’t touch this company and its shadow companies too. It also advertises under several different names stating it’s got shops in there countries.
This trench coat is only fit for the dust bin. Check everything about companies you don’t know before you buy from them. The only way to get my money back is to go through a charge back with my bank, had I’ve proof I cancelled this order and asked for a full refund before it was even picked up by the carrier.

Very frustrating experience.
I received the item (a blazer dress) and the quality was extremely poor. It has no lining and looks nothing like the photos on the website. The size was also much larger than expected.
I contacted customer service immediately to request a return. The company advertises a 30-day return policy, but the process has been unnecessarily complicated.
What is even more surprising is that the return address they provided is not a UK or EU warehouse but a private contact in China. This means customers are expected to pay expensive international shipping just to return a low-quality item.
This information was not clear when placing the order. Buyers should be aware of this before purchasing.Also what they suggested it's a joke...30 percent refund from the original price if I will leave the item !!!!

It looks like you’re buying from a smart West End store.. but you are buying from somewhere in China!! you will never get your money back… I wouldn’t even wear this item as a dressing gown around the house it’s a disgrace… Please please do not purchase from this company. It’s so unfair that they should be profiting from our money that we are investing in what we think is a genuine London based company.

Ordered a coat that arrived about 6 weeks after the forecast delivery date. The coat was much too large, and no refund is made available. You have to pay a large p&p cost for them to send a replacement and hope that it fits you.

I placed my order on 12 February 2026 and accidentally ordered twice. I emailed them straight away and cancelled one of the orders.

Today is 26 February 2026 and I have still received no proper response. The refund has not been processed, and I have not received the other order either. No update, no clear communication.

Very disappointing service. It is my first time ordering from them, and so far the experience has been frustrating.

BEWARE-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - Ordered what I believed was a knitted jumper for £29.99 from what looked liked a smart shop in London. I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive only to find a cheap poorly made garment which came from China! Rayida offered me 10% refund and keep the garment as the costs to return it would be too prohibitive cost wise - Very disappointed
