I received the wrong item totally different material and size looks like its worth £5 let alone the £45 i payed for it. Do not I repeat do not ever order from this site unless you want absolute rubbish. I ordered a 40 regular size and it doesn't even fit my ten year old son. Im absolutely livid as I needed this for a special occasion which is in 2 days and now im left with something to wear.

I ordered a blazer as a present for my wife, seventeen days later nothing had been received!
I contacted ‘Rayida’ customer support (Hong Kong I believe) who they said they would investigate, two days later one was delivered from Twickenham UK, no labels were attached so obviously a return from another customer.
It did not fit my wife, so I returned it for a refund to the same address from where it was sent address in Twickenham UK, only to be emailed from Hong Kong telling me it had to be returned to an address in China to be eligible for a refund! Yet none of this was my fault!
That inspired me to look at ‘Trustpilot’ feedback for this company, and as expected it is absolutely appalling, probably the worst I have ever seen, so my advice to others would be do not to go anywhere near this company, they operate from Hong Kong and China and therefore are not subject to United Kingdom laws!
There are plenty of legitimate and customer orientated retail companies out there who treat customers fairly……….THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THE THEM, SO PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This is a scam.

Was sent an item that didn’t event remotely match what was advertised on the website. The website is shown “in the heart on London” with a fake image, the company is in china. They give you incorrect return details purposely so it takes months to return items and then they say “it’s past the return policy and cannot refund”

Somehow comes across as being reviewed well at first glance despite actually not being well reviewed at all in reality. Awful quality clothing, especially for the price. Comes across as distributing from the UK but if you try to return anything then you have to return to the US, this is clearly to discourage returns.
Will simply be throwing in the bin and moving on. Definitely only going to use my known and trusted websites moving forward.
Horrific company

I ordered a beautiful looking red dress and what I received is absolutely nothing like the dress I ordered. I am now unable to contact the store at all

Probably the same company as Zweimode, DM Global. They are all the same scammers. The bank did not help me as item was delivered. It was not the item I ordered and returning was impossible. Paypal also did not help. I lost £102. Unfortunately these scammers are untouchable and will just continue

1 star is gracious shame I can’t rate it 0 stars!! I ordered a dress for my mom on 28th March and it said it will be here before the 7th of April…. Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks and the dress has only just arrived and WOW!! After waiting so long, back and forth emailing and it’s turned up and it’s a completely different dress!!!
So unprofessional and shocking. On the website it said amazing quality and it’s turned up looking like I’ve ordered from temu!! Awful quality, lopsided stitching, smells like chemicals and bad enough my mom was waiting weeks but for a completely different dress to turn up is sooo awful!!

Ordered coat in 2 sizes,arrived nearly 5 weeks later,very poor quality,will cost more to send back to china than coats cost!I doubt a refund would even be given judging by other reviews ,so i ll try to sell it on myself to get some money back.This company& website should be shut down!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Ordered a Black Blazer after site details is advertised as based in London. So say Blazer arrived, item not fit for purpose, the material was as flimsy as a blouse material, absolutely shocking. Have applied for a refund and they are saying there is international shipping fees which may result in costing more than the item itself!!; therefore obviously not based in London - trading unfairly - left me feeling I have been SCAMMED - needs to be investigated and closed down.

I received my dress yesterday, it’s not what the picture was advertised has it came & it’s the poorest quality of a dress I have ever seen in my life. I can’t even wear it.I won’t be buying from these again. I am trying to get my refund back. Don’t buy from these!!!!!!

Scam company with fake website portraying they small business in the UK when in fact they in China and drop shipping. They also automatically add on package insurance when not asked. Long, long shipping times and product is 'cheap'. Recommend you do not use them.

Don't touch it. There products are rubbish and refunds impossible as it'll get lost in China. Costs £27 to ship return to China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, ITS A SCAM TOOK MORE MONEY OFF ME AND IS SAYING THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS REFUNDS! I have given them 7 days to refund and I have notified my bank about this company. If no refund I will contact action fraud and trading standards too

I ORDERED A SWIMSUIT, it arrived and the size was so small, I didn't even need to try it on! They offer 30 day refunds, sadly this is now not the intention of Rayida.
I FEEL THIS COMPANY IS A CON AND WOULD NOT BUY EVER AGAIN.

I cancelled my order within hours. It had not been sent out. Got an email to say it's cancelled but then told their systems are not working and they are unable to refund payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam
Do not buy from them order a suit since feb the product was delivered in April bad and low quality fabric.
A whole whooping 60£, I requested for refund but it was in the favour of the seller.
They are thieves day light robbery they claim to be based in London.
They are thieves beware of them.

1 x Women’s Quilted Jacket with Turned-Down Collar and Snap Closure
The above is the item I ordered from this Company on 16 March and it eventually arrived on the 4th April. On opening the package the jacket was nothing like the one advertised on their website, very cheap, poorly made and smelly. I had already requested a refund as I ordered a different jacket from another Company which arrived within two days but was told I would have to wait until the jacket arrived before this could be set in motion but there would be no issue in getting my refund. It was only then I was told this had to be returned to China at my expense which was going to be very costly I quote £29-£39 and there was no mention of China in their refund/returns policy, I have subsequently had a very long ongoing process via e-mail trying to get my money back but to no avail unless I sent the jacket to China which I refused to do. Please also be aware that there is no store in London. In my opinion, I think the goods are made in China as that is their Company address, then sent to a warehouse in London and shipped to unsuspecting Customers thinking they are going to get well made clothes. In the end I sent this dreadful excuse for a jacket back to the address on the parcel which I presume is their warehouse in Feltham, London. They now have the jacket and my money but still won't refund me as I didn't comply with them in returning the item to China. I have been offered a 30% and 40% refund which I refused as I want 100% refund which is my right. They also said I could have 60% discount if I bought another item. In conclusion please be very wary of this Company as they would appear to be operating a supposed Company in London when in fact it's in China. Unfortunately I had no option but to give them 1 star but based on my experience I wouldn't have given them any.

What an absolute disgraceful company. Poor quality clothing and their royal mail express delivery is anything but express. After various offers of discounts off future purchases instead of just letting me return the item and getting a refund, they then want me to pay to return to China which will cost a third of the price of the item with no guarantee they will refund, as I'm sure a loophole will be found somewhere. The only guarantee is that i will not be purchasing from them again. I have learnt my lesson.

The item arrived in poor quality, and despite repeatedly contacting customer service to arrange a return, I’ve only been offered discounts instead of the refund I requested. I’m not interested in a discount—only a full refund for the unsatisfactory product. Based on this experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this seller
