Rayanair Arvostelua 

Sie haben mich mit Online Check betrügen!!!!! , nie wieder Rayanair😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

El día Lunes 19 de Diciembre tenía programado mi vuelo con la empresa Rayanair desde Barcelona a Berlín a las 19:35 hs. (FLIGHT FR149).

Debido a que al otro día tenía que trabajar en Leipzig, esa misma noche viajaba con Flixbus a las 23:30 desde Berlín ZOB (N° Reserva: 3048996363) hacía Leipzig.

Lamentablemente por la demora de una hora en el vuelo con Rayanair, al llegar al aeropuerto de Berlín tuve que coger un taxi para poder llegar al último Flixbus que podía llevarme hasta Leipzig, sin éxito perdiendo así 60€ en el taxi y los 30€ del Flixbus. Tuve que dormir en Berlín y gastar otros 80 euros en el hotel Ibis y salir para Leipzig al otro día a la mañana.

Es increíble que los clientes tengamos que asumir estas pérdidas de dinero por culpa de los retrasos en los vuelos, más la preocupación y cansancio que eso genera.

Utresa från Charleroi. Flygplatsen stängd pga. strejk. Ingen kontakt från Rayanair varken innan, under eller efter. Ingen info eller hjälp alls. Rayanair lyfter en tom flygplan då ingen släpps in på flygplatsen. Senare påstår dem att ingen återbetalningsskyldighet, alternativ flygresa eller kompensation är möjlig då bolaget genomfört resan som planerat. SÅ HIMLA DÅLIGT ATT det är inte sant. Tar ärendet in på ARN och om det behövs direkt till TR. Oseriösa skojare.

Il volo che avevo prenotato da Bari a Milano Malpensa è arrivato 4 ore in ritardo , coincidenza persa a Milano. Nessun rimborso , assistenza clienti inesistente. Rayanair prezzi bassi con alti disagi

I bought a flight ticket from this company from Berlin to Las Palmas Island and our flight was 2 steps, transiting in Edinburgh, Scotland.
And they didn't tell me before the flight day when I went to receive the flight card that you need a visa!
While I had the document from the official website of the UK government that EU residents do not need a visa for transit! But no one accepted me and I lost my money and flight.
After that, a lady from Ryanair guided me to go to the refund section and apply there, that only this section works by paying the fee!!! After sending the request and complete explanation with the documents, I received an automatic answer that you need a visa for some destinations, regardless of the text of the request and my problem, and after that, no one answered my messages again.

It was a shameless theft in the modern world with the feeling of irresponsibility and indifference of this airline towards the problems.

A low-budget company that allows you to travel for a little money. But, you need to follow some rules to get the best for yourself:
1. travel light (for every bag you will pay more than your ticket), 2. have flexible dates of travelling (there are huge differences in prices from day to day). If you can't fulfil those requests, it's cheaper to use a normal flying company. They give you all info about travelling with them, but most people don't read carefully.

Pessima compagnia,trovano sempre il modo per farti pagare qualcosa, praticamente il bagaglio lo paghi due volte sempre,e molto spesso ci sono ritardi nei voli

My flight was delayed for 15 hours and I haven't received any compensation what so ever I just get told that it was the airport problem when it wasn't if the previous flights by Ryanair wouldn't be delayed. I had to sleep in a hotel and pay for 24 hours for it 200 euro for a room at least Ryanair give me the money back for that but overall don't recommend the comapny

Worst airway company. They are scammers and they lack proficiency. They sell you tickets on the website for stopover and you only realise that they are not when you do the checking. The staff are mostly rude and mean. They cost me money on three different occasions without a chance to complain or discuss. Horrible. Horrible

Wir fliegen fast immer mit RayanAir und fanden den Ablauf immer prima. Einzig die Bezahlung an Bord mit Karte stört mich sehr. Darum esse und trinke ich nichts mehr an Bord

Scammers, hustlers, avoid it as much as you can, they took the money also no compensation no service and expensive as well, no sufficient informations on website!!!
My advice is to avoid them !!

Ci siamo trovati bene, la pecca è il personale a terra di Malpensa erano un po' troppo scazzati e poco disponibili. Servirebbe più gentilezza e professionalità come poi dimostrata dal personale all'interno dell'aereo.
Non tutti prendono l'aereo ogni giorno quindi la disponibilità per chi non conosce alla lettera le procedure dovrebbe essere maggiore.

il bagaglio a mano é accettato al check-in per il volo di andata torino-chania del 27/08/22 ma viene rifiutato al volo di ritorno del 05/08/22 causa le ruote (altezza bagaglio lo stesso dell’andata ) con aggravio di 69€ . Diverse persone del mio volo hanno subito lo stesso furto da parte di Rayanair. Chiaramente é tutto studiato per fregarti. Da notare che una volta pagato i 69€ ho portato il bagaglio in cabina e riposto nella cappelliera senza problemi. NON fatevi FREGARE da questi ladri!!! basta rayanair!!!!

Horrible travel experience

This is not a cheap flight. they will charge you 55 Euro per person for boarding pass while online checking is not working!!!! We paid 110 Euro for a boarding pass for two person.
The biggest scam ever!!!
This is a fraud company, charging you 100 Euro for a 10 Kg check in bag. The flight has just personal bag and I needed to buy an expensive luggage check in bag.

There is no customer service, They do not answer you when you want to claim.

Questa compagnia aerea non solo è estremamente pignola con i requisiti per i bagali le cui dimensioni massime sono imbarazzanti: Un bagaglio a mano può essere grande al massimo tanto quanto una borsetta da Donna, il che obbliga ad acquistare la possibilità di portarsi un ulteriore bagaglio. Qui viene il bello perché pure il secondo bagaglio, che è possibile imbarcare nella cappeliera dell'aereo, ha delle dimensioni ridicole paragonabile a poco più quelle di uno zaino scolastico.

Inoltre, è anche tecnologicamente arretrata al 1960. Infatti bisogna stamparsi tutti i biglietti e non vengono accettati i biglietti digitali sullo smartphone.
Io e mio fratello ci siamo visti negare l'imbarco sul loro servizio di navetta proprio perché non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di stampare il voucer digitale prima del nostro arrivo all'areoporto. Non ne abbiamo avuto la possibilità perché questo voucher ci è stato recapitato solamente due giorni prima della nostra data di partenza e ci trovavo già all'estero in un paesino sperduto in montagna senza alcuna possibilità di stamparlo.
Al giorno d'oggi è innammissibile che una qualsiasi azienda non acceti un documento pdf mostrato su uno smartphone, anche perché un documento stampato ed uno pdf non mostrano alcuna differenza!
Faremo sicuramente ricorso per vederci rimborsare il costo della navetta e non accetteremo mai un buono per volare ancora con questa compagnia aerea.

L'unica nota positiva di questa compagna è che effettivamente gli aerei effettivamente volano.

Avremmo dovuto leggere prima le recensioni su questa compagnia prima di acquistarne dei biglietti.

Siamo tornati in quattro da Catania sabato 30 luglio ,volo delle 15,30 per Bologna partito in perfetto orario,arrivo puntuale,bagagli consegnati in rapidità! Ostes e stuart gentilissimi, io non viaggio spesso in aereo, ma questa mia esperienza è stata molto positiva!

Volo con 2 ore di ritardo, ma in questo periodo di caos può capitare. Volo da Minorca a Fiumicino.
