Bought the banana inflatable chair/play toy for my sons birthday, more than a month in advance ill add. Needless to say it did not arrive.
I emailed the company, they got back to me with an apology and said they'd refunded me immidiately and to wait 7-10 working days. This never came, so, I emailed again, to no avail. It has been well over a month since they promised the redund and they are not responding to any of my emails now either.

Original shipment email was Jan 30th.

I never received my goods, told i would get a refund, have emailed twice with no reply.

Complete frauds. They did not send the item I purchased, and when I emailed them, they said they would issue a refund, and failed to do so. Do not purchase anything from this organization.

If I could give no stars I would. Very much like the other people on here. Ordered (24 Jan 26) an item, paid for it and then all these weeks later no item (it got lost in transit!). Was told 25 Feb 26 that a refund would be paid into my bank account 5-7 working days and is now past that too. Very angry tbh. I will now have to see if my bank can help. Wish I had paid via Pay Pal 😔

This is a Scam company. I ordered Inflatable Sensory Chair on 04/02/2026 and got order confirmation and later my item was dispatched oand on its way. It never arrived and now the Tracking number not working at all and company website shut down. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW TO BE SCAMMED OUT. i WILL TRY TO GET MY MONEY VIA MY BANK BUT NOT GUARANTEED. KEEP YOURSELF SAFE!!

I ordered the Bluey sofa on 21st February. Received tracking and was advised that it had been delivered 2 hours ago, which is a lie. Now I have received an email stating that item has been lost and refund in 5-7days. Have initiated fraud case with my bank. Horrible bastard liars.

Scam company- advertise items then send fake tracking and after a week take down the tracking facility and all details of the item you have purchased. Then when e mailed say the item was lost and a refund will be available 5-7 days. This is a lie - it’s been 14 days so far and there’s no refund - please DO NOT BUY from this Scam Chinese company.

Ordered, sent tracking number and now website does not exist. Initiating claim with bank to get refund. Joke company. It was a present for my son's 5th birthday.

Do not buy from this compony. They never sent the item only parked the item was labeled but never sent. DON NOT BUY. ITS A SCAM

It’s a scam website. Tracking link sent but item never got passed to the courier, only ever submitted to them. I asked for support and was given platitudes with no action or explanation. I have initiated a chargeback for my purchase.

This website is using stolen product images taken from another established balance board brand to advertise and sell their products. The images appear to have been copied directly from the original brand’s website without permission.

There is also a lack of transparent business information, including no clearly displayed business registration details or ownership information. This may mislead customers into believing they are purchasing from a legitimate or well known brand when they are not.

Shoppers should exercise caution and independently verify the legitimacy of this business before making a purchase.

I ordered on the 2nd of Feb 26, the tracking is showing the same message "Processing" even on the 18th of Feb. Had to contact support several times for an update, but never got the required information. After 2+ weeks, requested to cancel the order. I truly believe this is a scam and fraud.

Shipping took a while but when we eventually got it it was damaged, customer suppport issued a full refund and sent a new one for free!
