My transaction for a 140 dollar ticket timed out. The message stated transaction not processed. I shut down. Later I found the charged my account 300 bucks, gave no ticket, and won't refund. DONT USE THIS SITE!! SCAM!!!!!

Buyer beware!!! They said my Garth Brooks concert tickets were transferred to my account and I would get an email from the seller to accept my tickets. That email never came so I contacted them. They resent the transfer email to a different e-mail address. Same thing- it never showed up. I asked for a refund because after two weeks of my tickets not showing up I think it is a scam and I don’t want to book travel for an event I don’t really have tickets for. They said since the seller sent them an email saying the tickets were transferred they are not obligated to give me a refund!! What? I thought you had a 100% guarantee??!! Apparently according to the chat representative I conversed with, this is for events that are officially cancelled and since they are a second party reseller they can’t give me a refund because I entered into an agreement with the seller and it’s not their problem. What a scam!!! I’ve been resending emails for two weeks and on the phone for 2 hours and have nothing to show for it. In the process of disputing with the credit card company and contacting the better business bureau. They also said they verify the sellers on their site so no of them would ever be so dishonest as to send a fake transfer email. Really? Check the BBB website and you will see other cases exactly like mine! Do yourself a favor and don’t buy tickets through this company as their “100%” guarantee is a joke!

Update: I ordered my tickets over 5 months ago…I received my tickets after my last review and they worked fine. They need to find a better system to keep you updated on ticket progress.
I ordered my tickets over 5 months ago and my event is 5 days away and still no tickets. How are you supposed to plan travel and hotel stays when you do not know if your tickets will arrive? I will purchase tickets from others going forward. You also get no satisfaction from their customer service team.

Do yourself a favor and use a different website.
They stole my money and gave me inferior tickets.
They provided inferior tickets to the ones I picked out and would not Credit me since they could not provide the tickets advertised. Their customer service is awful using bots to try to answer things for you eventually only able to Chat with people.

Worthless satisfaction guarantee.
Tickets were being resold, so I had no reason to expect all of the fees Ticketmaster would charge.
After entering my credit card info the amount charged was $60 greater than authorized. Immediately I contacted rateyourseats.com. The rep's response: Ticketmaster already emailed the tickets to you and there is nothing we can do about it.
