Pretty good jewelery. I didn't expect the quality to be good but glad it is. So far no green skin, thats a good sign!

This is my second piece from Rare Romance and I remain impressed! The earrings have weight to them but aren’t too heavy, they stay locked in place and don’t slip or loosen through out the day. They shipped and arrived quickly in secure packaging. I love them!

Fast shipping, well packaged. Quality of the item is nice, but not perfect. It looks great tho!! I only wish the links/hoops were soldered for extra safety, open hoops can easily get snugged in clothes and fall, and I’d be devastated if I lost my new Rare romance bracelet! I truly love the look of it <3

Website is and has always been straightforward to use and shipping is quick. I purchased their dagger earrings in 2022 and now cross heart hoops(the pair options)? Some time ago for sure, but one of them got stolen from me. A disappointing loss of what $32? Anyways, the other one is going strong and I never take it off. I sleep, run, and shower in them with no problems. The stainless steel really holds up and it's gotten me so many compliments. I personally would only buy the silver versions of the jewelry since anodized coating can wear off, but they will last you a lifetime and your grand children's lifetime provided if you don't loose the piece.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Rare Romance for a long time and have purchased many items over the years. Unfortunately, my last two orders have been very disappointing and have affected my overall experience.

The first issue was with a pair of earrings that arrived in poor condition. Thankfully, customer support handled it well and sent me a replacement without much trouble.

However, the second issue has been much more frustrating. I ordered a bag for my girlfriend for an incredible $300. When it arrived, it already had visible scratches. I contacted customer support, and they informed me that the fulfillment team deemed the scratches “too minor” for a replacement. On top of that, I was told I would have to return the bag at my own expense, including losing the money I paid for shipping and taxes.

This damage is clearly not my fault, and yet I’m being asked to take on the cost and inconvenience. On top of that, I’ve now been waiting over a week for a proper resolution, and still haven’t received a final answer.

I’m truly disappointed to write this review. I used to love Rare Romance, but this situation has really shaken my trust. I hope someone from your team will reach out and resolve this properly — if so, I’m more than happy to update or remove this review. [#74902]

/ now they argument with handmade product and so on, if you order a bag from nylon it should be perfect, it’s not leather or that material

The website was easy to navigate and the updates I got on my order were really beneficial. When the chain arrived I was pleased with how light yet durable it is, other chains weigh on my neck throughout the day but this one is comfortable and really shows off my style. The crosses are perfect for a dark gothic aesthetic. I will be buying more pieces in the future! :D

I ordered a paid of EARRINGS and immediately after I purchased I emailed and messaged stating if they were the small ones I want to cancel my order, they never replied and sent Me ONE EARRING! buyers beware you are paying for ONE earring. They have not refunded me I was very clear early on I didn't want the small ones! Will never buy from again

I ordered $200 worth of jewelry for christmas, it’s been over a month since the order was due and I have not recieved any sort of notification. I contacted them through customer service and have still not recieved any sort of reply. I hope this doesn’t happen to any of the people ordering and I hope this message reaches the people who are considering buying from this page. Unfortunately in my experience this page is a complete scam.

Never received my order or my money, it's a SCAM

Never received my $100+ order (placed almost a month ago, due for delivery 2 weeks ago).

No updates from the carrier, no response from RR customer service. Extra disappointing as it was a birthday present to myself.

I cannot recommend this brand if you’re purchasing from outside the US (I’m in the UK) as you pay a lot for international shipping but then there’s no information or support if something goes wrong with your order.

It has been half a month, and I still haven’t received my package. The order I placed on the 6th still hasn’t been shipped. When I contacted DHL, they even suggested that the seller might not have shipped it yet. The after-sales service disappeared the moment the payment was completed. Emails sent to you go unanswered. Now I have neither received the item nor been able to get a refund, and I can’t get in touch with the seller.
