DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! should be ashamed to call themselves a reputable company…wanted to return an item, i opened a return request via eBay (in the return time permitted) they IGNORED ME, so i rang the company up on 5 separate occasions and emailed several times and the people i was greeted by were NO HELP. They spoke to me as though i was stupid and still did not give me a solution to my problem. I still have the bed 3 months later after being ghosted by this disgraceful business. This place is LAUGHABLE🤣🤣🤣

All I can say is that these reviews must be fake! I’ve found the order process easy but the customer service is awful and they are very rude! They don’t answer their phone and when they do they are abrupt and talk over you - as soon as I turned on the recording facility on my phone her attitude changed completely and was then very helpful! All I wanted to know was when our bed would be delivered today. I provided an email address but was told that I couldn’t have!

Bought bed and mattress. Both exactly as described, bed easy to assemble, mattress really comfy. What made my experience with this company even better, Delivery was very fast, faster than anticipated, actually. Very nice guy, who delivered the bed and mattress, helped me to carry it to the house, without asking questions. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend this company!

The delivery itself was excellent. The bed arrived just two days after ordering, which was impressive. The driver also called around 30 minutes before delivery to check someone was in, which I appreciated.
The price was another positive. £252 for a large single bed with two drawers, including a mattress, is very good value.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
The company sent me the wrong colour of bed. I ordered silver, which is a light grey, but received steel, which is a much darker grey. This was their mistake.
The reason this is a 3 star review is the customer service, or rather the complete lack of it. The website claims this is a family run business with friendly customer service available by phone, email, or in person, seven days a week, with UK based after sales support. My experience does not match these claims at all.
The after sales phone option (option 3) simply rings out and then cuts off. I tried calling over a dozen times across two days. The only option that was ever answered was sales (option 1). I was advised to email their customer help address which I did.
After hearing nothing for several days, I called again and was told no email had been received. While still on the phone, I resent the same email and was told it had now come through. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing.
As a result, I am left with a boxed bed sitting in my office room, waiting for a response that never seems to come. There has been no acknowledgement of their mistake, no apology, and no offer to replace the bed, which is the bare minimum I would expect.
After reading other reviews, it is clear I am not alone in experiencing poor customer service. I would urge others to think carefully before buying.
2nd Feb update.
I received a telephone call on 31st January from the Customer Services, presumably prompted by my review. I received a small refund for keeping the bed which covers the cost of the vallance and headboard cover I bought to mask the wrong colour. The bed is comfy but note there is no metal join fastening to keep the 2 base pieces together though I've weighed the drawers down with sheets which will hopefully do the trick. I did get an apology which I appreciated although I do wonder if it would have been forthcoming had I not left a 1 star review to start with.

Excellent service and delivery, everything purchased was in perfect condition, no issues. Highly recommend, 5 🌟.

Bed delivered damaged

My bed came, two days after I ordered it, which was great! I love my new bed, it is actually bigger than I expected and the service provided was 10 out of 10!

Bought through Ebay bed and matress were delivered the next day each item was individually wrapped and the delivery driver helped unload them. The driver was very good. We put the bed up with no issues. Very good quality. Got no complaints at all

the base of the bed is good but the mattress is not,its not very good quality at all.
the delivery driver who turned up by him self had the cheek to ask me to help him unload it from the van lol, i have 3 slipped disc an have chronic back pain an had to tell the driver an ask him why is he by himself, he shrugged his shoulders as an answer. other than that as i said the base is good

They were quick to deliver and very punctual. The driver was so pleasant and so cheery on such a really horrible stormy wet morning. Just what I needed to cheer me up. The mattress is all it should be - I really look forward to bedtime now - it is heaven and not a bad price at all.

Very nice lady who answers the phone, In case you have any questions, she knew her stuff, and helped and assured me, with the delivery, that had to be changed 3 times, first I was in hospital, 2nd the move in date got changed, and third it finally came, I didn't meet the delivery guy, but it was the right bed, when I came into my new house, was thrilled, so good, for the money and the matress was brill, slept like a log, even though, I can't normally lie down in a bed, as I've broken my back!!! Absolutely made up, with the new bed, I choose black velvet and same headboard, id recommend this company 100 %.

What an amazing company to deal with, my bed was so cheap I didn't have faith in quality but it was all I could afford so I ordered anyway and I couldn't be more wrong!!! The bed is amazing quality delivery was as quick as amazon and the driver was amazing. I need 4 more beds after Christmas for the kids and I will no longer be looking around this is my new bed company for quality and service

Ordered a double divan bed with a headboard and mattress on Monday 10th November on Amazon and by Wednesday 12th November it was delivered. Ordering was very easy and was kept up to date with the courier on a daily basis, even had a call when they was approx 20 minutes away.
I found the Company and the courier very good and I would recommend to friends and family.
Just the heads up tho the memory foam mattress is soft
