Absolutely worst people to deal with. Order never comes and refund never comes as well. Going to go for dispute and get my money back

Never arrives but takes money same day
Ordered - no delivery - contacted them to get the old - just waiting for stock, then told posted, week later no delivery, contacted and got the - Royal Mail lost the order line, resending, not sure what the next excuse will be but will be seeking a refund if not arrived in a couple of days. Go somewhere else these guys are a joke if not just a scam

Better alternatives out there, avoid!!
Website shows test in stock with same day dispatch. Waited 4 days, contacted them and they said they had no stock. I pointed out their site says currently in stock as it had every day since I placed the order. They said that was an error and they would look into it.
After checking reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence.
Only positive was a quick order cancellation, just waiting on the money being refunded.
If they can't be trusted to look after a webpage, how can you trust them to look after your health!

Test did not wrk,rubbish
Test did not work, came up with invalid result. Tried communicating with them on numerous occasions with no response. Company have contacted me now and we have resolved the issue.

Terrible
Terrible. Advertised as same day dispatch. A week later they still haven't even got the order to Royal mail. Customer service is non-existent and even the chat bot has stopped working... Mark and avoid.
