Very easy to figure out and you don't need an appointment at the doctors office!

I asked for a specific test and was told specifically by your representative that it was included even after I told her that this test is a vaginal swab test. After I paid the over priced lab cost i confirmed with the lab that the test I wanted (bacteria vaginosis) was NOT included and it was a different test which I specifically said I did NOT need. I called again and was reassured the BV test was included but it was NOT because It was not included I’m the list of tests being done. Even though the results came back showing bacteria I was still told the (BV) was negative. I am also a nurse and when I asked to be tested for this bacteria specifically I was assured it was included but when I went for lab draw I saw it was definitely NOT included in the test I paid for! The end result had me paying for yet ANOTHER dr visit where I actually did have what your organization told me I didn’t Have so basically I paid over $250 for a lab draw that I asked for which wasn’t even done. So thank you ! And what’s even scarier is your representative to.d me NOT to ask the lab person what tests I was having done. I used your service because I was in between insurances and didn’t need a high cost dr visit which I ended up paying for regardless

This was a very easy and confidential process.

The testing itself was fine. But every time I went there, the people with whom I interacted were extremely rude. Despite the fact that I followed the instructions in the emails I received, the people who greeted me at the testing center kept insisting I needed to leave and do something else before returning. I had to show the woman the email before she'd believe me. I don't appreciate being treated that way, and I'll never be using your testing center again.

I had a false negative (as confirmed by a secondary test facility) and when I brought this to their attention I was told that was not possible and they took no responsibility.

It was quick, clean and efficient.

The people I spoke with over the phone initially were helpful but once I showed up at the lab I was immediately disregarded & ignored. The lady at the front desk was beyond rude & dismissive. It felt overall like some back alley illegitimate scene with little to know respect or personable interaction.
