I had A2B Rapid Response Maintenance LTD at my home today to look at a problem with my bathroom roof as I had a leak coming from somewhere.
They immediately knew what they was looking at went in my loft to investigate seen the problem he thought it was and was right showed me pictures and went outside to look on my roof again immediately seen the issue and sorted it for me.
They were very polite and friendly absolutely lovely guys.
My problem was fixed within half an hour and again showed me pictures of the issue.
I cant thank them enough amazing service they really care about the people.
Thank you so much 1 million percent would recommend them.

Last Tuesday we called our insurance company for home emergency to fix our boiler.
Rapid Response Maintenance were sent out to us via our insurance company to fix the faulty boiler.
Last Wednesday the first engineer arrived. Upon arrival he was very dismissive when I was explaining the issue. The stoutly built chap then spent most of the time looking on YouTube to find out what was wrong. He then said that the sensors had gone after some minor checks but couldn't give any definitive answers as to why or what had caused this. So no heating or hot water.
6 days later another engineer arrives with the so called sensor that needed replacing. This was a young chap who, in all fairness, was much more thorough. After he replaced the sensor the boiler still failed. He then carried out other tests such as using a magnet on the pipes, to which he mentioned that the pipes are backed up with sludge. These were checks that should've been carried out 6 days ago, when the first engineer came. We still have NO HEATING OR HOT WATER!
I then received a message from the insurance company to say that the issue has been resolved as per report.
And finally after speaking to a snotty nosed young girl, who boasted "I have 7 years experience in dealing with cases like this" she was adamant that it's our fault!
Fine, the insurance company doesn't cover a powerflush, that's not the problem. The problem is that your company have cowboys among the ranks who shouldn't be doing the job if they're not competent to diagnose an issue in the first instance.
A week with NO HEATING OR HOT WATER because some cowboy couldn't do their job correctly.
bedroom ceiling leaking new years day, L&G sent rapid response team in 24 hours and they found an fixed leak with temp repair until they can get back for permanent fix in next few days.
Lucy in head office was brilliant, the repair team were on time for appointment, courteous and very professional.
this really is customer service at its best and i cannot recommend this company highly enough. they are now my 1st call for any future repair work around the house.
you guys really rock.. well done
