Unternehmensprofil erfolgreich entfernt: Hätte ich gleich so machen sollen.
Ich habe auf Google Maps eine negative Bewertung erhalten, die insgesamt 19 falsche und/oder offensichtlich spekulative Behauptungen enthielt. Von einer Person, die nie selbst in meiner Praxis und bei der Behandlung der betreffenden Patientin nicht dabei war. Drei Jahre nach Schließung der Praxis. Mein Sohn musste sich in der Schule anhören, dass sein Vater seine Patientinnen vergifte und beinahe umbringe.
Google verweigerte die Löschung, auch nach Widerspruch. Weder verstoße die Bewertung gegen die internen Richtlinien noch gegen deutsches Strafrecht.
Die Staatsanwaltschaft sah das anders, meinte aber, der Täter lasse sich nicht ermitteln und stellte das Ermittlungsverfahren ein (ich selbst durfte die Personalien nicht weitergeben, da ich diese i. R. der Praxistätigkeit erfahren hatte - Schweigepflicht).
Die Ärztekammer riet dringend von einem Kommentar ab. Der verstoße per se gegen die Schweigepflicht.
Den Betrieb auf google als geschlossen kennzeichnen zu lassen, änderte nichts daran, dass die Bewertung erhalten blieb.
RapidRemove ist seinem Namen gerecht geworden. Nach ein paar kurzen E-Mails war das Ärgernis aus der Welt und wunschgemäß gleich das ganze Unternehmensprofil gelöscht. Diese Leistung war ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Jetzt lasse ich meine Daten vorsorglich aus allen Portalen löschen...

I am a business owner in Texas and like almost everyone I’m sure, was very skeptical. Whenever it comes to Google profiles, I am very hesitant on relinquishing any login info or control to a company overseas. Matthias deals with this everyday it seems because he encouraged a Google meet video call which helped put my mind at ease. He was very patient, and thoughtful and explained everything in a way to put my mind at ease. I had two Google profiles and only wanted 1 deleted which is why I was very nervous because I didn’t want anything to happen to my other profile and it didn’t. I was able to message him on WhatsApp after our video call and I asked him why he accepts payment after? I’m always looking for a catch. He said it’s because people are so nervous and I laughed. But literally within minutes the profile was deleted and everything else was fine and I was shocked. I paid him right away! This guy is awesome and IS NOT A SCAM. This is super legit and so worth the money

A true relief, no more worries
After a very helpful video call with RapidRemove we agreed on using their services. We took the business account away because a certain individual kept reviewing us for matters that were outside of our control.
