Fabulous quality but slow delivery…
The products are fabulous quality but the delivery is a touch on the slow side. Ordered some basic rugby socks (no logo or embroidery) and they took well over a week to arrive. I can understand the long lead times for bespoke items but basic off the shelf items like socks is a little harder to understand.

We're sorry you feel the standard 2 week turnaround on orders is too long. Unfortunately we do not have facilities the size of the likes of Amazon, and therefore do not hold stock of most items. Garments are embroidered/printed once the order is received, and such why we have the standard 2 week turnaround.
