Fast shipping, great product

The bike is great. But it has serious design flaws when it comes to battery. This is the reason they cannot provide more batteries. But they sell them for 600 EUR so why would they care?
So I have an unusable bike, still under warranty, with the only option to resort to trying to change the fuse myself even though it, in their own words, "is a high risk of death".
I guess a dead customer is a quiet one. If this was what new CEO Phil meant with laser focus on customer safety and satisfaction, then I am not impressed.

I was really looking with my wife to buy a EBike since the last 3 years. Long Story Short - the Rhino Plus 6 All Terrain was our final choice and we bought the Bikes 4 weeks ago. The Backoffice - in Person Serena have been of great help and fast with answers for any kind of question i placed.
We have not really Bike Construction Skills BUT when we got our Bikes by Parcel - and opened the Boxes to start with the assembly of the Bikes with the fist Bike we finished after 1,5 hours and the second Bike within 1 Hour.
Since then we drove several times in all terrains and Mountains up and down - through Forest Paths and I can tell you the Bike does it all perfectly fine.
Me and my Wife are really happy with our purchase and believe the Bikes is super solid and of a good quality and makes us a lot of fun. Little sad that the Company actually does leave the EU Market to focus on their main Business in America. May be -- with a diffenent Setup in EU you could keep the Business in EU active. Your Fanbase should be strong enough. With us you for sure have 2 Fans more.

The delivery of the bike and the options for gradual payment are excellent.
1. Unfortunately the stand of the bike broke within three weeks which is concerning from a quality point of view (note the stand is pre-fixed upon arrival of the bike so the fact it broke isn't due to someone placing it incorrectly).
2. The process for replacing the stand (under the 2 year guarantee) seems to have worked smoothly although it took 12 days in total for delivery and repair. The guys at the repair store said there are supply chain issues. I fear this will only get worse as RAD exits European production and there is no longer a European customer phone service so this is something to watch for new buyers.

Ich hatte tatsächlich nach meiner letzten negativen Bewertung einen Rückruf erhalten. Mir wurde daraufhin angeboten das Rad wieder zurück zu nehmen. Es wurde eine Verpackung zugesandt und das Rad auch retourniert. Die Sendung ist auch angekommen und es wurde eine Überweisung des Kaufpreises zugesagt und angeblich auch auf mein Konto überwiesen.
Jetzt 2 Wochen später habe ich noch immer keine Zahlungseingang.
letztendlich wurde die Rückabwicklung eingeleitet und auch nach 1 Woche der Rechnungsbetrag überwiesen.

✅ Il y a eu un rappel volontaire pour les pneus. J'ai directement été contacté par email, les démarches étaient très simples et j'ai reçu gratuitement de nouveaux pneus ainsi qu'un porte téléphone portable extrêmement pratique.

❌ je n'ai pas pu bénéficier de l'offre de parrainage, alors que sans mon frère pour me vendre les mérites de son radRunner, je ne serais jamais allées chez Rad power bikes.

Es ist vielleicht besser, dass sich RPB aus Europa zurückzieht...man kann keine high technical bikes verkaufen und für Wartung und Reperatur, die garantiert auftritt, an unerreichbare Drittanbieter, Bastlerfreunde und das Internet verweisen, um ein funktionstüchtiges Fahrrad zu erhalten. Ich war am Anfang begeistert. Kann jedem leider nur abraten.

Great bike (rad runner 3) . It was ok to mount it.
But the battery never worked. Still waiting for a replacement after 2 weeks. There is no stock…. And they don’t know when they will have it.
They were nice on the phone.

Sad to see Rad leave Europe. I have the Rad Mini 4 and thinking of getting the Rhino 6. I love my Mini 4. Apart from how surprised I was by the weight (it's a really heavy bike) I have no complaints about this bike. Actually, this is my second Rad Mini. First one was stolen but it was so great I bought another. Aesthetics, how it handles, functionality, accessories are all great. It's a little bit frustrating to only get accessories from Rad (recently I have had 2 back to back flats and I could only order the tube and tire from rad directly) but as long as they will keep the accessories in stock, I would say it is not too much of a problem. The price point is great also. This was a company I was rooting for so I'm a bit sad to see them exit the European market.

Snel, goed en op tijd geleverd. Kwaliteit is prima. Zelf monteren is prima te doen. Informatie video's helder en duidelijk. Was al fan. Tweede fiets is net zo. Heerlijk fietsen.

ik heb nu bijna een jaar de radrihno 6 bevalt me prima heb er nog niet heel veel mee gefietst maar toch mijn display was kapot toen ik hem kreeg heb gelijk gebeld goed geholpen en gelijk een nieuwe opgestuurd gekregen

Rad Bike has been a nightmare in my life. I bought a Rad CityPLus and from the moment a got the bike, I had to leave the bike at the service shop ( dont even try to repond to this RAD- I HAVE proof and all communication with your horrible customer service in Europe) after months of havng my bike at the service shop on and off, they made me go with my bike from Amsterdam to Utrech ( which s far far from any train staton) and they allowed me to change to a new one ( of course I had to pay for the upgrade)
I am sooo disappointed with the way the customer service team handled my terrible experience and it was only fixed after I escalated to the US team. If you are in EU stay away from RAD - they are leaving Europe anyway, so stay away.

Fietsen bestelt 2 stuks in elkaar laten zetten valt niet normaal mee te fietsen.
Schiet continu uit de versnelling alles zat los bagagedrager laten plaatsen loopt spatbord aan al met al nog weinig fiets beleefd.
Kan nu weer extra kosten maken om de fietsen opnieuw te laten afstellen waardeloos.

Experience du service client proche de zéro. Very poor customer service. Don't expect anything from them.
J'ai commandé mon vélo que j'ai reçu des Pays-Bas à Toulouse (France) environ 2 semaines après et je l'ai aussitôt deposé dans une boutique vélo près de chez moi pour le montage. Je n'ai pu le tester qu'après coup et non seulement j'ai constaté que la plupart des accessoires étaient manquants (accessoires qui chez eux sont extremement chers pour précision) mais j'ai reçu le même jour un mail disant que mon vélo était maintenant 400€ de moins + une grosse réduction sur tous les accessoires que j'ai commandés. Bref au total j'apprenais que j'aurai pu économiser 600€ + ma commande était incomplète. Vous comprenez ma frustration ?
Malgré de nombreux échanges et leur incapacité à expliquer l'absence de mes accessoires le tout agrémenté d'une absence d'excuses, ils ont repassé une commande en mon nom sur les accessoires manquants, le tout au prix réduit bien sûr mais sans pour autant me concéder aucun geste commercial, remise etc.
J'ai longtemps hésité à renvoyer le tout. En effet lorsque l'on dépense 3000€ dans un vélo on s'attend à un service premium. Si ce n'est pas le cas on ne peut que douter pour l'avenir et pour le jour où un souci d'équipement apparaîtra. Oui car pour couronner le tout, mail reçu quelques jours après ma commande à l'appui, Rad ferme ses activités en Europe. Au final je décide de garder cet achat car je ne leur fait pas confiance. J'ai senti dans nos échanges qu'ils allaient refuser de me rembourser pour une raison ou pour une autre.
Pour conclure si vous êtes en Europe fuyez cette compagnie.

Le vélo était parfait! RadCity 5 Plus: 1 semaine après, l'assistance électrique a commencé à ne fonctionne que par intermittence. Le lendemain après avoir chargé la batterie à 100%, l'assistance électrique ne fonctionnait même plus. J'ai ramené le vélo à 3 ateliers réparation et aucun ne connaît la marque et ne peut m'aider. La seule solution était de contacter directement RAD Power Bikes... comment dire, cela va faire bientôt 2 semaines que j'attends une aide de leur part et 2 semaines que je galère à aller au boulot ! (Ticket n° #1882833).

Pourtant le vélo en sois n'est pas mauvais ! (Un petit détail: dommage que l'on puisse allumer le vélo tant que la batterie est installée.. rajouter une clé serait mieux.)

Rad van een paar weken oud met nog geen 30 km op de teller valt tijdens fietsen uit en doet niks meer. Telefoon nummer op de site bestaat niet meer, per mail nog steeds geen antwoord.

Reactie dat ze telefonisch bereikbaar zijn maar dat is NIET WAAR. Nummer is niet in gebruik. Per mail ook geen reactie
