Radfords pie company Arvostelua 

Sadly I have nothing good to say. I placed an order at the end of November and information on website said it would be two weeks before delivery. My order never arrived and my numerous emails and Facebook messages have been ignored. The only reaction I got was to a comment made on an Instagram photo where I called the family thieves for taking my money and not delivering my order. I received a message saying I would be refunded. 5 days on from that message and I've still had no refund or pie delivery. Such a shame this nice for the cameras family make thier money from taking money and not delivering orders, this in my opinion is the same as stealing. Please be careful if placing an order with this company. I personally shall stick to shopping with The Real Pie Company.

I ordered approx £36 worth of pies on the 16th November and despite numerous emails haven’t received the pies, a refund or even an email explaining why they haven’t been sent. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and as a regular viewer of their show, I never thought that I wouldn’t receive the goods. I will now be taking this further.
Following this post, Noel has now been in touch informing me that my order was dispatched on the 30th November. I now have evidence that this would have been a courier issue and my order will be re sent after the Christmas period. I am adjusting the stars accordingly and hopefully upon receipt of the pies, I will be able to update the stars further.
Further to the above, I still have not received my order and have requested a refund however no further emails have been received. I will now be contacting trading standards with picture evidence of the health hazard pies that I received 22days after them allegedly being posted.
I am shocked by the lack of customer service.
My pies were completely blue upon receipt and the use by date was the 2nd Dec. I received them on the 22nd Dec!!! I sent them pictures but apart from saying they would send out a new batch after Christmas which I’ve not received either, I have had no further communication from them.

I placed a order on the 24th November was told 2 elweek delivery it's now been nearly 4 weeks nothing,they stolen my £65 keep emailing but they can't be bothered to reply,probably too busy taking holidays or making a new series for tv,don't think it's good business practice not too reply,they've now put on the web site orders taken want be delivered until new year,not good when I ordered them November for Christmas,I've still not received my order they have just taken my money and run just like a modern day ---- turpin robbed me blind,still can't even be bothered to reply to my emails as well like one person said thieves

Ordered on 01/12 as a Xmas treat for myself got email back confirming order to date 21/12 no pies. Sent an email everyday since No Reply. You have stolen my £30.30. I have reported you to Trading Standards, as it appears from you Facebook site I am not alone in paying for goods never to be received. I am also going to write to the makers of your programme as you use this programme to showcase your company and this is what you get when you order. Now refund my money as I'm not going away until I receive my money back. DO NOT order from this company.

I ordered on 16-11-2024 £46 of pies they haven’t arrived by the 5-12-2024 so I e-mail radfords no rely on 16-12-2024 pies arrived out of date had 2-12-2024 on them all mouldy still awaiting response and refund .

FIRST CLASS, ORDERED PIES CAME WELL PACKED AND MY GOD THEY WERE WORTH IT. FULL TO THE BRIM WITH CHICKEN AND STEAK, WROTE EMAIL TO THANK THEM FOR THE GREAT SERVICE GOT EMAIL BACK THE NEXT DAY NO PROBLEM AT ALL. WILL BE TELLING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THANK YOU AGAIN THE RADFORDS.

We have ordered numerous times and never had a problem until now. Placed an order in early October and we are still yet to receive it. We have sent numerous emails, all of which have been ignored. Also no response on facebook. Absolutely shocking customer service and we are now £33.90 out of pocket.

I had the same problem as another buyer. I waited 2 weeks for my pies and sausage rolls. When they arrived the use by date was 2nd Dec. I received them on the 1st Dec.. I couldn't eat yhem in 1 day. Alexander Bruce

I totally agree with all the 1 star reviews on here. I paid £76.50 back in September. I still have not received my pies or had any response from my numerous emails and messages left on Facebook. Their pies are amazing but their customer service and business ethics is not. They show a complete disregard and lack of care for their customers but without their customers they would not have a business.

No customer service, appalling. I think they’ve changed couriers who are useless, I was a very happy customer in the past, bought loads of pies, but no more.

Received my pies today 1st December after 2 weeks of waiting I have to admit they were worth waiting for my hubby said best pie ever to the only problem was the date they had to be eaten by the 2nd of December I only received them today the 1st December will have a problem eating 10 pies gave some to my neighbour then froze some

No response at all to emails, placed an order & only received part of it, no way to contact this company, absolute joke.

Ordered 3 weeks ago no pies no reply to emails £80 spent !!!!

Lovely people and pies look delicious but not heard back from multiple emails and Facebook messages. I have not received my order which is now over a month ago.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, PHONE NUMBER DOESN'T WORK, NO REPLY TO NUMOURS EMAILS, £37 SPENT ON 16/11/24, GLAD I HELPED FOR THEIR DAUGHTERS WEDDING. IT GOT 1 STAR AS I COULD NOT WRITE A REVIEW WITHOUT CLICKING ON 1.

Shocking customer service....what's the point in having an email if no-one replys back to you I've sent 2 emails and still nothing back. I'm still waiting on my pies can you either send them or refund me.

I write yet again to ask what is going to happen as I, too, had pies missing from my order. You have no phone number, don’t answer emails, as is evident from all these reviews. We have no order number so I have no idea how you expect to chase all these complaints up? I think you should pay more attention to your customer service and maybe less to the addition of grandchildren!
You can see from most reviews that your pies are delicious but spoilt by the worst customer service I have ever known.

Me and my partner drove to the radfords pie shop yesterday all the way from Bolton.
It was well worth the drive !
How anyone can criticise them pies is beyond me.
They are absolutely 💯 delicious. I have never seen any pie with has much filling as they have. Also the lady who served us was lovely.
Well worth the trip.

How many times do I have to write on here for you to bother to email me back I’ve sent over 6 emails now a nothing. How is anyone meant to contact you if they have a problem. I just want a new set of pies sending out after you inputted our wrong email as stated by yodel so I didn’t get a notification a they were left outside in box soggy from rain. As everyone is complaining you would think you would respond asap. Been 3 months now

My Mum ordered the variety pack of pies in August 2024. Money was immediately taken from her account, but still no pies (November 2024). No response to emails and phone number now unknown
