Order two weeks prior to Valentine’s Day for it to be a Valentines gift and part of the deal was his and her’s free Valentines present mystery present weeks went by had to get in touch with them they hadn’t processed the order so only today 17th of March should I receive my two hoodies no free gift the qualities is okay not the best certainly not worth the money all the way I would not recommend ordering

They seem to have 2 profiles for trust pilot. Either one you read the reviews are accurate. Still waiting on an order. The company don’t engage in responses to you about the missing parcel and won’t issue refunds! So don’t even bother ordering! Contact your bank or card provider and reclaim your money! The site and the page needs to be shut down!

I got my order after 1.5 months of waiting, and I got some cheap quality print that absolutely stinks. When I washed it, the print was already damaged after one single wash. This is just really disappointing, I spent 60 pounds on it!

They never reply and i didnt get my order i brought for almost 150 on clothing but nothing i hope they can reply back

I had a very bad experience with Raciety and feel obligated to warn others.

My order was not shipped for more than 10 days. Because of this unreasonable delay, I contacted customer support and explicitly asked to cancel the order. Instead of cancelling it, Raciety intentionally shipped the item after my cancellation request, forcing the shipment to prevent a refund and to lock my funds.

After this, I opened a chargeback with my bank. Despite the item now being back with Raciety, they are still refusing to refund my money. As a result, I currently have no product and no refund.

Customer support has shown no intention of resolving the situation fairly. Their only goal seems to be pushing the product onto the customer, regardless of delays, cancellation requests, or disputes.

On top of this, it became clear that the item is dropshipped from Shein, meaning the same product can be ordered directly for a much lower price, without dealing with these issues.

My advice: save your money and avoid this platform. Order directly from Shein if you want the same items, cheaper and without dealing with unhelpful support.

I will never shop at Raciety again.

I ordered dec 16th. The delivery date was before Christmas. Its nowJan 7th no updated shipping since. I did receive the items January tenth. They feel thick and nicer quality than the normal shirts and hoodies at the store. I would order again but anticipate the longer shipping times. That is the one down fall but I guess I should expect that that since there coming from so far away. Not sure why ppl said they are low quality.

Never heard of this brand before but it was put on my daughters Christmas list, so I ordered one hoodie, which at £45 is not cheap. I didnt realise it was a company in China until I got the shipping details sent and would have to wait a while for it to be sent to the UK. If I'd had read the bad reviews I don't think I would've ordered tbh. But stupidly I did. To there credit they sent shipping details and I was able to track all the way. I did panic a little as 2 days before Xmas it srill hadn't arrived however it cane Xmas eve! Juat in time. For £45 the quality isnt the best and it is just an iron on print which will definitly not last over time. There are other brands wich are far better quality. However my daughter being into fast cars loves it and it did put her smile on her face Xmas day!

Do not shop here it is terrible it is a scam, took 60£ of my mum and heard nothing from her i hate this website kill it never shop here ever

Raciety took £90 and delivered nothing
My mum ordered racing hoodies from Raciety and paid £90. She waited patiently, assuming they’d turn up. They never did.
No proper delivery, no useful tracking, no refund. Customer service was either silent or completely unhelpful. She gave them plenty of time and benefit of the doubt, and they still failed to deliver anything.
Taking money from customers — especially when they’re genuinely waiting and trusting you — and then not sending the product is unacceptable.
Avoid Raciety. Don’t waste your money like we did.

Wrong color hoodie not as advertised. Size chart is all wrong and the shipping took way too long. Never gonna buy from this store again.

This company doesn’t seem to be able to improve. After last fiasco where the wrong shirt was sent and my complaints were not even read ( cheeky un respectful comments by mail were even send as a reply to my complaint ) in the end someone decided to answer in a normal fashion but they refused to simply refund me my money and send me a the wrong shirt again!!!! This time they sent me the right print( absolutely shite quality) but instead of a black shirt they sent me a white one!!LOL!!! Unfortunately I can’t post pictures otherwise I could show where their products belong: IN THE TRASH!!!!

Dropshipping products with very low quality printing.
Customer support is also very bad.
Be clever and do not buy from this shop, t-shirt cost them I guess 3€ and sell them for 40

Terrible shop. The way they communicate and the quality of the made in China shirts makes one think you’re dealing with a bedroom company run by toddlers. Sent us the wrong shirt, terrible quality by the way and completely off sizing, contacted them, had to wait weeks for a reply, promised to sent out the correct item, which of course never came, contacted again and denied having sent out the wrong item. Once and never ever again.

I made a purchase in April, but there was no update regarding shipping.
After repeatedly inquiring, they pretended to ship it in May, only to have it returned from China.
They kept delaying, saying the address and customs clearance number were incorrect.
When I requested a refund, they ignored my emails and DMs and completely ghosted me.

Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. Big scam. I placed an order for a sweatshirt and never received a confirmation email. Followed up with them several times by messaging them on IG and nothing. Had to call my bank to dispute the charges.
