I can't recommend this company enough. I purchased three day tickets for Imola for three of us. The view we had of the track was fantastic! The race experience contacted us in the weeks leading up to the race, offering tips on how best to enjoy the race. Will definitely buy again from this company.

Great service and great price.
I was able to source the grandstand I wanted at Imola, the price was competitive and the purchasing process was easy. Good communication by phone and I was kept up to date by email. Very happy with the service I received and I will happily use Race Experience again in the future.

Travelled with Race Experiences for the first time to the Abu Dhabi GP. The team were great, very helpful and organised, making the experience very easy. Race seats were excellent. Everything was seamless and our tickets were GREAT!
The order process was seamless, we had some questions before we bought our tickets, and received responses incredibly fast. Once the race came around, we got a very detailed guide regarding the track, scheduling, etc. Tickets arrived safely to our e-mail with plenty of time before race day. Once we made it to the track and saw our seats, I couldn't be happier. We asked for higher up rows if possible, and boy were they amazing. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Very disappointed, need better communication
I don’t know if I would buy tickets again through RaceExperience. Granted I bought my tickets 10 months in advance and there was no information regarding a timeline when I can expect them. Three weeks prior to the event, I reached out and requested the information of when we would receive our tickets.
We purchased a package which included events on Thursday and again there was no information given as to a timeline when these events take place.
I received my digital tickets a week prior to the event and had much difficulty between RaceExperience and DHL collecting my physical tickets for Thursdays events. All communication was in Italian and when I went to the office I was told they won’t arrive until sometime on Thursday. Could be morning, could be evening. We wound up missing Thursday’s events and feel I wasted my money buying the trophy package.

This delay is consistent across all F1 Experiences and is determined by the hosting party's production schedule.
We would like to clarify that we did reach out to you regarding the shipment, and together, we agreed to have the tickets sent to a DHL Pick-up point. These tickets became available for pickup starting Monday, and both DHL and our team attempted to contact you to schedule a suitable appointment. Regrettably, we received a response from you only on Wednesday, which limited our options, with the earliest pickup opportunity being Thursday morning, they ended up being available at 10:34.
Even if the tickets had not been available for pickup on Thursday, we wish we had received a phone call from you at that time. This would have allowed us to promptly contact the hosting party for ticket reissuance if necessary. Unfortunately, we only became aware of the situation through your review.
We want you to know that we would have continued our efforts to reach you had the tickets not been available on Thursday morning. However, since they were, we assumed that everything had been resolved to your satisfaction.
We sincerely hope that despite the initial ticket-related challenges, you were able to enjoy the rest of your weekend at the event. Please remember that we are always here to assist you, and we encourage you to reach out to us if anything does not meet your expectations in the future.

Great company to use
Great communication from start of order to the day the tickets arrived. Wasn't 100% sure at the start if the website was a hoax or not as I had seen others advertising the same tickets at cheaper prices. Just Check the trust pilot reviews if you are unsure. Out tickets arrived 2 weeks before the race so we were a little concerned they may not turn up however everything went really well with race experience. Recommended if you want to get tickets that can be hard to obtain elsewhere. Thanks guys for a great weekend

Great costumer service
We were a lit bit nervous at first but it was nothing to worry about because everything went perfect. The only thing is that we had a slight issue with the tickets, basically we bought some tickets that were sold out and they immediately offered other tickets which were awesome.

We came to Austria from Croatia by our own car but our accommodation and transfer to the circuit were booked by Race Experience. Hotel and bus to and from the circuit were great. Our tour guides Frank and Quentin were great too, thank you guys for everything!
Always clear and fast communication about everything before and during the trip. We got goodie bag that we didn’t expect so thank you for nice surprise. Also, we had chance to learn many Dutch songs in the bus :)
This was an awesome trip and race experience... we definitely recommend this company...and from our side: till next year :)
