Everything that was described was met, great seats and positioning to watch the race. The hosting team were very welcoming and accommodating. The reason I haven't given a 5 was lack of or control of the inside seating. On each day we couldn't sit down to eat or have a drink as there were either not enough seats or people were reserving them when going out to the race seats.

Great experience - very professional
Very professional and easy interaction , As I am based in Ireland tickets options are limited . I have used Race experiences for a number of travel requirements with the latest been to Abu Dhabi , tickets arrived as promised and the whole experience was seamless with great communication. Great team to deal with and I will return again .

Purchased tickets only to sit in Grandstand D at Interlagos in Brazil. Received the tickets electronically around a week before I departed for Sao Paulo.

Un travail sur la communication
3 étoiles pour ne pas être trop dur.
La communication est absente, un mail début septembre pour prévenir que les billets seront reçus au plus tard le 25 octobre, mais qu'ils peuvent être reçus la semaine avant.
Rien le 25, ils sont fermés le samedi, il a fallu trouver un moyen de les appeler car ils n'ont pas pas répondu au mail.
J'ai finalement reçu mes billets 3jours avant la course.
L'envoi des informations pour l'organisation est un plus mais peu véridique, ils devraient également spécifier que ce gp est très mal organisé et qu'il est recommandé d' arriver au minimum 2 à 3h avant chaque événement majeur du week-end. Car en trois jours j'ai fait presque 9h de queue et j'ai manqué une partie de certains événements.
Ils n'y sont pour rien sur l'organisation du GP mais ils pourraient alerter car si vous pensez être dans les temps en arrivant 1h avant vous louperez la course.
Par contre la communication c'est ni bon ni mauvais c'est simplement inexistant malheureusement.

Fantastic company!! Seamless from the beginning to end. Quick responses to any questions you have before and after purchasing tickets. Information about the track and preparation provided via email. Tickets arrived on account about 10 days before the race, as expected. Great communication. Would recommend and will purchase from RaceExperience, again in the future. Thank you very much. Super satisfied.
I bought my tickets a year in advance, and they communicated in a great way with me throughout the year, explaining when I would receive my tickets and sending me extra info about the circuit we went to. They even offered contact information of a person who would be at the track that I could contact if I were to have any problems with my ticket, but luckily there were none. Great work from them, I'm super satisfied.

Race was amazing, trackside tickets amazing
Everything at the track magnificent!! Getting to and from the track horrible. We came from states hoping to use taxi and buses. We had to walk 2 miles to get a shuttle into racetrack. Taking shuttle out trying to get a cab waited hours.

Barcelona - Seamless
Was initially nervous having bought hospitality tickets outside of the official F1 site, however I needn’t have been. Received tickets a week in advance of the race and everything was very seamless from start to finish. The Palcos hospitality was great particularly when you saw the queues for the water fill up stations around the track, food and drink on tap throughout the day. They did run out of certain drinks throughout various days but these would then be replenished at some point during the day. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book through Race Experience again.
