RAC Car Insurance offers Great Value
1. Lots of notice of the new premium (which had gone down slightly!) - so we agreed to continue with RAC
2. As we had selected auto-renew, we just let the system do the renewal for us - and we then received the link for the document set for the next 12 months.
3 We were puzzled that there was no link to the RAC roadside service (better value than the AA) and we had to start that from the beginning

Absolutely appalling service so far. Im to blame for another car setting on fire. My car hasnt been collected over the weekend. No courtesy car. What a waste of money for insurance

I am supposed to advise any changes to additional drivers details, but it is not possible to amend the additional driver employment details on line. Why?
