Qwoted is an amazing platform. I've been using it for about 5/6 months now, and I've been featured in lots of really huge publications. They're a very reliable system, and the email alerts for key terms you've configured are a godsend. Qwoted lets you be your own PR rep, something that I can't be more grateful for as running a site on my own, without a team, as well as juggling PR would have otherwise been impossible. Finally, the fact that I can be sure all the reporters/agencies are verified adds that extra level of trust, and the fact that everyone's profile is an open-book lets you really forge the relationships you need to get coverage.

Their customer support is absolutely third-class — they can't even explain why my account was disabled. Out of 7 pitches I submitted, 5 were accepted, yet they’re claiming someone gave negative feedback without providing any real details.

Qwoted is hands down one of the most unprofessional platforms I’ve ever dealt with. After months of using it properly, they randomly terminated my account with a vague, robotic message blaming “negative feedback” without giving a single concrete reason. No warning, no discussion, no accountability.

They clearly don’t care about building real relationships or giving people a fair chance. Instead, they hide behind generic emails and make decisions based on who knows what—cliques, internal bias, or just laziness. If this is how they treat users, I’d hate to see how they treat media partners behind the scenes.

Do yourself a favor and use a platform that actually respects experts and contributors. Qwoted talks a big game but can't even manage basic professionalism. Total waste of time.

I'm a PR Manager, and I've been using Qwoted for the last 2 years and love it! It's user-friendly, offers media requests from high-level publications, and has nice additional features where you can connect with journalists and explore more media opportunities. I'd also like to add that their customer team is super helpful and quick to respond. All in all, I love Qwoted and would recommend it to anyone working in PR & comms, or simply looking to get some media opportunities.

Qwoted has been great. The reporter questions posted there are solid and thoughtful. The media outlets are generally high level and well-regarded. Since moving to Qwoted (I previously used a different service), I've been quoted in the Washington Post, Newsweek (multiple times), Agence France-Presse, BBC World Service, newspapers of the Adams Publishing Group, and Gobankingrates.com (multiple times). I could not be happier.

I have been a user of Qwoted for some time. More than 2 years. I must say that I refer and rely on this platform moreso than others, when it comes to directly connecting with other PR pros and journalist/story opportunities for clients. I appreciate that the opportunities are tailored, and the ability to know if or when your pitch is read. It removes the feel of uncertainty on whether hard written pitches for clients are being considered. Veyr helpful. Also the customer service team is responsive and professional.

Quoted platform is easy to use and great for gathering mentions and features in national publications.
I've only used the free version, which limits the amount of pitches per month, but suffice me for the hours I do with my clients. I've managed to get my clients featured in amazing magazines. I just need to keep on the look out on the journalists' requests and send them the appropriate reply from my client.
Easy does it.

Really helps having this connection point between journalists and media relations pros to connect them with the experts they are seeking and we represent. Qwoted is a high quality software that helps connect news reporters with experts in particular fields around the country. It is the 2025 evolution of the previously popular service, HARO (Help a Reporter Out). So far I’ve throughly enjoyed Qwoted and I actually find the software much more straightforward than the previous HARO system. So far so good. I am eager to continue connecting with reporters who need the particular expertise and perspective that I have in my niche to continue working to help any reporter who I collaborate with to have the opportunity to include the highest quality data and a depth of understanding that will positively reflect in the depth and nuance present in their pieces, which is all too often omitted for faster results elsewhere. I’m impressed and satisfied with Qwoted and I’m happy and proud to recommend it to anyone seeking to either strengthen the quality of their work product, or to build a stronger network of partners in an expert’s efforts to continue building a strong online reputation and presence.

Qwoted has been such a helpful tool as a writer to find expert sources. The site has a vast network of experts and I've connected with some great people for stories. I appreciate the search function and ability to message sources.

I signed up for Qwoted on December 30 and found it very helpful, at first. However, when I went to read a response from a source for an article I was working on today (January 16), I found that I couldn't and that my account had been automatically disabled.

When I reached out to customer service, I was told the publication I write for was "not a fit" for their network. I write for a company blog that covers lawn care and home improvement. Nothing about what type of publications could use Qwoted were mentioned anywhere upon signing up -- and the platform allowed me to sign up and work with several sources over the past couple of weeks. There was also ZERO warning that my account would be disabled.

This is poor customer service and poor management of a site. If they don't want certain publications to sign up, they need to say that upfront and be very specific.

Thankfully, the customer service rep did send me the response from the source I had been trying to retrieve after asking a couple of times.
