Very poor customer service
They don't answer calls
They don't respond to emails
They don't help on whatsapp

Totally disappointing company to deal

Quran cube team were very good and helpful. They tailored what I required to my needs.
This is by far the best team for Islamic digital devices.
If a device does not exist and you require a specific specification then Quran Cube team is the place.
Jazakallah Quran Cube.

"I recently purchased the Quran Buds from Quran Cube and I am beyond impressed. Not only is the product itself brilliant, but the customer service has been exceptional. I had a few queries after my purchase, and the team was incredibly accommodating and quick to provide feedback. It is rare to find such helpful and attentive service these days. I highly recommend Quran Cube for both their quality products and their fantastic support. Truly a brilliant experience from start to finish!"
May Allah sw give baraqah in all you do!

Bad customer service and serious quality issues. (Quran headphones).

My kids got a pair of headphones each as a gift and after many delivery issues and some terrible customer service (this was on th phone, seems like the person had no manners) they finally got to use them yesterday. They do love it but the for £49.99 the quality isn’t there.

Yes I understand it’s a Chinese rebadge but you should do some QC before hand. The stickers has bubbles and the black faux leather is already peeling.

Brothers, please check the quality before you send out and get some customer service training.

I have been really impressed with Quran Cube over the years. It has gone from a single product which only plays Quran to so many innovative products that can benefit small babies to children to adults.
The products are easy to use and customer service is always fast and reliable.
I pray they always go from strength to strength and are able to find their products in every home Ameen!

My family and I have had the pleasure of using many Quran Cube products over the years. Starting off strong with the original Quran Cube, then the Quran pillow, the Children’s toy and then the Alphabet pad. My son learnt the Arabic alphabet even before he learnt the English alphabet thanks to this. He used the pillow every night, providing both comfort and prayers. I have also gifted these products to others who have equally loved and enjoyed them.
Jazakallah khayr for your efforts and services to the Ummah. May Allah accept.

An Amazing Product That Brings Peace to the Home

I purchased a Quran Cube recently and I’m genuinely impressed. The sound quality is excellent, clear, and soothing – perfect for listening to the Qur’an, nasheeds, or adhkar. The built-in LED lights also create a peaceful ambience, especially at night.

What I love most is how easy it is to use. The remote control makes switching between reciters or modes really convenient, and it’s perfect for both adults and kids in the household. It’s now part of our daily routine, whether it’s for morning dhikr, Qur’an recitation in the evening, or winding down before bed.

Delivery was quick, and the customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a question.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to bring more spirituality into their space. It’s not just a speaker – it’s a companion on your faith journey.

We absolutely love the Quran Cube! It’s an amazing product that combines modern technology with the beauty of Islamic teachings. My kids benefit from it pretty much daily — whether it’s listening to the Qur’an, nasheeds, or duas, it’s become a regular part of our routine.

The sound quality is excellent, and the variety of audio options makes it perfect for both kids and adults. It’s also incredibly easy to use, which means even younger children can interact with it independently.

If you’re looking for a way to make Islamic learning more engaging and consistent at home, I highly recommend the Quran Cube. It’s been such a blessing for our family!

I have all their products! Quran cube is an amazing invention, it really instills the zikr of allah in my home, with my kids praying in the background whenever they know the ayaat that Quran cube plays… they’re even starting to recognise different reciters and having preferences which reciter they want to listen to. It’s beautiful to see them engage with the Quran in such a transformative way. My little one love the Quran pillow, every night she listens to surahs before bed and drifts to sleep listening to the beautiful words of allah swt. It soothes her, makes her feel safe and relaxed. During the day she’ll play with the Quran cube star toy and mini pillow, singing ‘Allahu Allahu’ alongside it. I Also have the Quran cube USB, and every morning when it’s school drop offs we all recite together. We pray the travelling dua, ayatul kursi and the 3 quls. Then we move onto Surah baqarah. They enjoy listenign to shaykh dossary (imam from Makkah) and qari ziyaad patel too! Lovely to see the positive effects it has on children, and on us too. All their products are definitely worth every penny. الحمد لله

Although quran recitations are available on your phones/ipads via youtube and various and quran apps, i like the idea of a dedicated device that just does one thing without additional complications and works offline. It can be operated by my elderly aunty, which is great.

Amazing products, really good learning resources. Excellent customer service. Would definitely purchase from Quran cube again.

I couldn’t be happier with my Quran Cube! The sound quality is crystal clear, and the recitation is so soothing — it creates such a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere in the home. The Bluetooth function is a great bonus, and the LED lights make it perfect for a calming night routine or prayer time ambiance.

It’s helped me and my family stay more connected with the Quran daily. Whether during Ramadan or regular days, it’s a blessing to have. Highly recommended for anyone looking to bring more tranquility and spirituality into their space.

JazakAllah khair to the creators — this product is truly a game changer!
