Can't access and can't cancel subscription
I just signed up via a insta advert and now I can't access my subscription. I was sent a receipt of my payment but no login route. When i download the app, i go through the same questionnaire to be signed up again. I finally log in via the app but my email is not linked to the premium service i paid for. So I try to log in via the desktop version and it doesn't recognise my email at all. So i have paid, but no access and no way of cancelling my subscription. Sorry but this is a really terrible experience, I wouldnt recommend

When you sign up they have made it very easy to accidentally sign up to a $39 program that you can’t cancel

You can never cancel. They will charge you and renew the charges every month for the rest of your life because they have no humans. It's all AI.
They don't have a telephone number to cancel and they don't hire any employees. It's all AI so once you give them your credit card you can never cancel it. You have to call your credit card company dispute it and get a different number. Since they don't actually exist, you'll never get a refund. Don't make the same mistake. I did and sign up for a bunch of nothing. even after you dispute it and get a different credit card number they still keep trying to hit your card up for $40 a month whether you use it or not. And then if you look at the activity section they show activity on there even though there's nobody in my house to use it but me and I can't find it and I hate them because they're so dishonest.

SCAM! They won't cancel...
You can't do ANYTHING without downloading an obtrusive app that collects and shares every possible kind of data. That includes CANCELING the order. Ive emailed support twice trying to cancel but they refused to cancel or/and ignored my email. Ill have to dispute the charge with my credit card to get it canceled. DO NOT USE! TOTAL SCAM!
