Tout est en anglais. Les notes sont dea lettres et non do re mi comme ai Ac. J'I demandé l'annulation de la transaction quelques minutes après l'achat et ils ne veulent pas. Je paye donc 60$ can pour 3 mois pour un service que je ne peux pas utiliser. Très décevant.

I didn’t know how to link in to start my lessons
And immediately clear step by step instructions were sent to me.
They even increased my 3 months subscription by an extra 4 weeks without me asking for anything

Pour clarifier les choses, Hello Piano prend officiellement en charge la langue française. Les tests d’intégration sont entièrement traduits, et l’application principale est également conçue pour rester en français. Si la langue interne de l’application est repassée accidentellement à l’anglais après votre test, vous pouvez facilement la modifier manuellement :
1. Ouvrez l’application Hello Piano.
2. Accédez au menu Paramètres.
3. Sélectionnez l’option Langue et repassez-la en français (Français).
Cela mettra instantanément à jour l’interface et remplacera la notation musicale par le système de solfège (Do, Ré, Mi...) que vous connaissez.
Nous espérons que cela vous aidera à profiter pleinement de votre apprentissage du piano !
Advertisement is misleading
I’m sure this is a great app for beginners but I was hoping that I could learn the songs note by note on my piano by watching the bars come down on the screen or the keys highlighted so I can follow on my real piano keyboard; one which I can not simply plug my phone into unlike an electric keyboard. Instead I only have the option to play along with the app’s functionality from my phone which does not suit my needs. The advertisement was misleading. I’ve paid now so I’ll have to deal with it.

Currently, it's not possible to connect or play with a real piano in the app. However, many users use the app's sheet music and chord lessons on screen first, then pause to practice those notes on their real piano! Almost an Unsatisfying Experience
This review is not about the product itself. I didn’t experience it.
Out of curiosity I wanted to try out the product first a short time before deciding anything further. I have an iPhone.
I subscribed and also subscribed to what I believed to be the news letter. I went through the motions on the site but for whatever reason I was unable to download the app, (which was required from the site to make it work).
I visited my account to then see I had been debited the expected £9.99 first payment, and an unexpected £14.99 for a song book. As I didn’t have access to the product and the unexpected extra payment, I immediately changed my mind and went to my subscriptions in settings to cancel and look for a refund.
It was not listed. On examination of a confirmation email it confirmed to cancel you have to do so from the app and you subscribe to the app. The subscription does not appear in with the other active subscriptions.
So I contacted support. In fairness the response was reasonably quick, but not what I initially expected. The response was basically under The Terms of Service no refund was due whatsoever. I was told the subscription was cancelled I could access the product until the period expired.
This is contrary to UK Law and after a reply reminding support of this fact refunds for both payments were received. I did not like the attempt to being fobbed off to receiving a refund. This is why the review is only getting a three. In fairness I perhaps should have paid more attention on the site and read things in more detail. However the extra hoops to jump through both in the subscription awkwardness and the attempt to decline a refund have not gone down well at all.
Refunds were received so this firm have complied properly and promptly but only after some to and fro, so only a 3 star rating.
Some improvement in their systems likely will need to be made if this company wishes to receive more 5 star ratings.

It is entertaining and didactic.
I had some issues at the beginning and like many others I couldn’t navigate the app , but customer support was very useful and walked me through it .
The App is very interactive and entertaining , so you are not doing the same thing over and over. I am 64 years old , I had very little training in music and was intimidated , but I am progressing nicely. My recommendation is to have clearer instructions and develop the management account section better .

I am very disappointed with this app
I am very disappointed with this app. The Facebook advertisement asked whether I could read music, and I clearly answered that I could not. So I expected simple, beginner-level instruction explaining the basic notes and how to read them.
Instead, the app assumes I can already read music, making it unsuitable and worthless for me as a beginner.This was not made clear before I subscribed and feels misleading. Beginners should be explicitly told that they are expected to read notes before subscribing.

Looks like a scam, But did give full refund to me after investigation

OK - first I gave 1 star very bad review but I am adjusting it to the middle 3 star as they have now refunded me as a result of my earlier review. Shame it had to take it to get to this - but I'm relieved to have a refund. Be very careful, as you can end up being charged when you are not using the tool nor have an account, or have deleted it.
