Ho sempre amato l'occhiale stings, fedele da 35 anni o più. l'unico occhiale che quando sei alla guida il sole non ti da fastidio, poi e molto elegante da portare, ha davvero un bellissimo aspetto

Liars and thieves, I bought two pairs of glasses, after receiving only one I had to ask (no info was sent) where are my second glasses. They said they were out of stock but will arrive in 7-10 days’ time and I agreed to wait. After more than 20 days have passed from the day I purchased glasses I asked again what was going on. I got the answer that glasses are in stock today and will be sent in 4-6 days. After 8 days passed I had to ask again what is going on (they don’t send any info to buyers), and I got the answer that they were busy??? and that I can get a refund (after waiting one month?!) Just to mention first glasses were sent the same day I made purchase. So I was waiting more then one month for glasses to arrive in stock, but customer service claims that they couldn't send them in 8 days because they were busy??? Then I told them if they do not send glasses today I want a refund. Now, over 35 days have passed and I didn’t get the glasses or the refund. Person working in customer service has serious mental issues and is exceptionally rude and arrogant. AVOID!!!

Sono stata truffata!Ho comprato a maggio un paio di occhiali da sole di Prada, la consegna non avveniva e mi veniva detto che gli occhiali non erano più disponibili e che dovevo aspettare, ho aspettato e dopo una decina di giorni di inutile attesa, ho chiesto la restituzione dei soldi. Alla mia richiesta mi è stato risposto che non vi erano problemi e mi avrebbero rimborsato, nel frattempo che ho comprato e ricevuto gli occhiali da un altro rivenditore, arriva una loro mail in cui mi dicevano che mi avrebbero consegnato gli occhiali, io ho rifiutato dicendo che ero in attesa della restituzione dei soldi, e da allora nonostante le loro rassicurazioni sul rimborso, ad oggi dopo innumerevoli mail, telefonate, a cui non risponde nessuno, i miei soldi non sono stati rimborsati.

Ordered and paid 2 months ago, still nothing. Haven’t even responded on the mails I sent. Terrible customer service.

In may I ordered and paid for a pair of sunglasses for my son as a graduation gift, one month ahead.
Now its July and I have not received anything.
I have emailed and called them several times, sent text message through WhatsApp, filled in the contact form on their website. ZERO response, absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service, the worst one I've experienced. Avoid them at all cost.

I tempi di consegna non sono assolutamente quelli dichiarati sul sito. Viene dichiarata una consegna in 2/4 giorni lavorativi - in realtà ho dovuto aspettare 10 giorni lavorativi per avere il prodotto. Assistenza clienti inesistente, rispondono solo tramite mail standard senza attenzione alle richieste e alle esigenze del cliente.

They sold me sunglasses that broke within 40 days of usage, I asked for either a new pair or a refund, their CS laughed at me and offered to replace a screw and told me to 'just screw it on'. The whole left arm of the sunglasses had fallen off. When I wrote an email requesting a refund for a broken product under my consumer rights, they threatened to take me to court in San Marino. DO NOT BUY SUNGLASSES HERE!!
