Non ho avuto il rimborso entro i termini.ho chiesto il rimborso a pay pal nonostante le innumerevoli e-mail.

Terrible service! No reply from their end.

Ordered a pair of glasses on 23/08/26 which were marked in stock only to receive an email saying they’re out of stock and my money was refunded.

Made the mistake of placing another order on 27/08/26. On the 28/08/26 I received the following:

‘Please note that the model/color ordered unfortunately at the moment is not immediately available, we have already contacted the manufacturer which informed us that it is in production.
Your order will be shipped between 15-20 business days.’
Today is 22/10/26, I have received no glasses and no updates from their end. I emailed three times for an update, on 16/09/26 , 29/09/26 and lastly 15/10/26. Never heard back from them. If I hadn’t read other reviews here I’d definitely think it’s a scam company, take your money and disappear… AVOID

Problemi con la spedizione arrivata in ritardo , zero assistenza e pagamento del reso dovuto al ritardi a mie spese !

Ottimo prodotto, arrivato in tempi brevi montatura Prada molto bella l'unico dubbio non ha un certificato di garanzia, che mi aspettavo nella confezione per il resto molto soddisfatta.

Ma carola degli occhiali rotta in altrettanto package rovinato e gli occhiali pare essere stati usati avevano le impronte sulle lenti. Per il prezzo che ho pagato può anche andar bene, ma ora si capisce perché. Grazie

My experience with Otticait has been terrible. They have a non-existent and unprofessional customer service.

I had requested a return for glasses which they sent the wrong size for. At first they responded immediately asking for proof of the incorrect model, however once I sent the proof I have not heard back from them at all.

It has been more than a week since I submitted my request and it seems they are completely ignoring me.

I hope they see this and respond to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Otherwise I warn you away from buying anything from their website as they are very unreliable. If you encounter any issues you will end up losing money with their uncooperative customer service. I communicated in particular with Yasmin and Sabrin.

Super tuto bene

Compre un casco para la bici a finales de Agosto, al cabo de 2 semanas sin noticias, les escribo y me dicen que el fabricante no sabia cuando lo iba a tener (disculpa?? pero no lo tienes en stock tu o tu proveedor?) que si me quiero esperar tardará unas tres semanas..les digo que ok.. al cabo de un mes les vuelvo a escribir, no saben nada de nada, les doy una alternativa en otro color..no responden. Finalmente después de 6 semanas desde la fecha de la compra activo la devolución forzosa con PayPal. Un desastre. Never again!

Os van a intentar mentir en todo momento. Impresentables y maleducados no os fiéis porque vuestro envío puede que llegue o no y no se harán responsables.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Ottica IT and was given a delivery date, which was subsequently missed. After repeated delays and having to chase for updates several times, I was eventually informed that the size of frame I had ordered had been discontinued and was no longer available.

What has been particularly frustrating is the lack of clear communication throughout the process. I had to contact Ottica multiple times simply to get an update, rather than receiving proactive information about the delays.

The situation then became even more confusing when I was sent a despatch notification, despite having been told that my frames were discontinued. I have repeatedly asked what has actually been despatched, but have still been unable to get a clear answer. I have also received no further communication about the delivery.

I have tried to cancel the order but that is not possible as an order has been despatched, however, they are unable to tell me what!

Overall, the issue isn't simply that the original frame became unavailable – stock can obviously change. It's the repeated delays, missed delivery dates, incorrect/conflicting information and lack of clear communication that have made this such a frustrating experience.

I would have expected much better customer service and communication throughout the order process. I would not order from them again.
