I had problems getting my will but it was an email glitch, they got it sorted and received my will and was very impressed with the way it was set out well done it was well worth the money. Would advise anyone to use Quick Will.

the web site is very good, however customer service is appalling.

After completing the purchase, I was not mailed a link/document/Will and there appears no way to sign in and access what I purchased.

I mailed their Customer Services - many days later absolutely no response.

Very good service even though I had a problem with my email address and could not speak to someone straight away to tell them about my mistake.
But it all got resolved thanks to Carl.

Always thought you needed a solicitor to write your will. Not so, this was very simple to understand and very simple to complete - took approximately 10 minutes
