Ordered on multiple occasions from them, but my most recent order and warranty claim has been pretty bad in terms of customer service. All the orders before were fine, but I didn't have to interact with customer service on those occasions. Tracks, since they got acquired by a big company in 2021 and usually a couple years after something like that everything goes to shit with many companies.

Ich hab das erste mal bei Queens bestellt, und werde es bestimmt wieder tun . Die Bestellung war super schnell da , und ich bin total zufrieden.

Montag eine Bestellung aufgegeben (Klarna Rechnungskauf). Am selben Tag wurde ich aufgefordert mit Kreditkarte zu zahlen. Einen Tag später wird die Bestellung seitens des Verkäufers storniert. Alle Rabattaktionen sind nun vorbei und ich kann das Produkt auch bei anderen Händlern nur deutlich teurer kaufen. Erster schlechter Eindruck - und der letzte!

I ordered some sneakers from this website that didn't fit me, so I tried to return them. At first I had trouble finding a place to return them where they would accept the label, and I asked the customer service email and they helped me very quickly. After a week I received an email from Queens saying that they had received a package with my name on it but that it didn't match my order. The parcel company they have contracted, GLS, must have kept my package and made another label because it was a copy of mine. I already thought I was going to lose the money I had spent. I sent Patrycja by email all the photos of the labels and the proof that I had sent the correct thing. After about half a month of exchanging emails and getting informed about the situation, they told me that GLS had lost my package and they would refund my money. The only problem was the GLS parcel service. Perfect customer service, thanks to Patrycja I got my money back when I already thought I would lose it.

Pedí unas zapatillas por esta web que no me iban bien, asi que las intenté devolver. Al principio tuve problemas para encontrar un sitio donde devolverlas donde me aceptaran la etiqueta, y pregunté al mail de servicio al cliente y me ayudaron muy rápido. Al cabo de una semana me llegó un mail de Queens diciendo que habian recibido un paquete con mi nombre pero que no coincidia con mi pedido. La empresa de paqueteria que tienen contratada, GLS, debió de quedarse con mi paquete y hacer otra etiqueta porque era una copia de la mia. Yo ya pensaba que iba a perder el dinero que me gasté. Le envié a Patrycja por mail todas las fotos de las etiquetas y las pruebas de que yo habia enviado lo correcto. Tras medio mes aprox de intercambiar correos e ir informandome de la situación, me dijeron que GLS habia perdido mi paquete y me reembolsarian el dinero. La única pega que pondria sería el servicio de paqueteria GLS. El servicio al cliente perfecto, gracias a Patrycja conseguí de vuelta mi dinero cuando ya pensaba que lo perdería.

Fabulous first time experience- highly recommend!

Ordered some flip flops by The North Face on 8th October and had immediate confirmation and tracking emails throughout.

I was nervous given some of the reviews but am pleased to say that my order arrived promptly via DHL and was well packed.

I like to say I've heard negative things about this hospital. But the Nurses and midwifes I showed my daughter nothing but Kindness and respect. For the last couple of days they have support my daughter and grandson like their's own. Thank you all. It's a shame social services didn't act the same. The NHS should be proud of you all.

Ich war auch zunächst ängstlich aufgrund einiger Kommentare hier. Ich will daher meine Erfahrung ganz einfach wiedergeben. Bestellung am 11.09.2024 für Sneakers, die in Deutschland in meiner Größe nicht mehr erhältlich waren. Am 13.09.2024 kam die Nachricht, dass sie verschickt worden sind. Die Nachverfolgungsnummer hat nix angezeigt, solange die Lieferung noch in Tschechien war. Ab dem Zoll bekam ich eine DHL-Verfolgungsnummer. Über‘s Wochenende ist nix passiert. Danach war die Lieferung innerhalb von zwei Tagen da, wie bestellt. Angekündigt wurde die Lieferung bei Bestellung „ab 16.09.2024“ und wurde am 17.09.2024 geliefert. Ich habe daher keinen Grund, etwas negatives zu schreiben und bin zufrieden und freue mich über meine neuen Schuhe. Danke.

Customer service is a joke. The email the chatbot provides doesn’t exist, and when I finally found a different email account their email back was unhelpful and unfriendly. My shoes were supposed to arrive today, and are nowhere even near my country. Having a Dutch website but then shipping from a different country and lying about delivery times is not okay.

The fights are fake.

While I had to return my item due to size, the overall experience was great. Dealt with the Czech branch and the communication for the order, deliver and return was easy and clear. When I followed up for the return, again, the communication was clear and concise and got the m refund in the promised time. I definitely will order again from you in future

Way to expensive! I ordered here and one day later I saw the same product 50 euros cheaper so always check if you can find the product somewhere else for less!

Bij mijn schoenen kreeg ik eerst geen bevestigingsmail, dus ik ging mailen. Netjes verder geholpen en uiteindelijk na een week mijn schoenen binnen. Het kan iets sneller maar goed geholpen dus tevreden

Ich habe zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt. Ein Paar ist nicht mehr lieferbar, und das andere ist zum Versand vorbereitet. Warum hat es das Unternehmen in zehn Tagen nicht geschafft, mir das Geld zu erstatten oder das andere Paar zu versenden? Hände weg von diesem Anbieter!"

Katastrophe! Ich habe vor Wochen Schuhe zurückgesendet, welche furchtbar nach Plastik gestunken haben. Es war so krass, dass es in den Augen brannte. Ich stelle mal infrage, ob die Schuhe wirklich Originale waren. Ich habe sie jedenfalls umgehend zurückgeschickt und warte seither auf mein Geld. Auf meine E-Mails bekomme ich ständig die Begründung, man sei im Austausch mit dem Lager und warte auf Rückmeldung. Im Endeffekt wird einfach das Geld einbehalten. Sollte ich in den kommenden Tagen keine Erstattung mehr erhalten, werde ich mir Rechtsbeistand holen. Einfach aus Prinzip! Ein unmöglicher Laden, Finger weg.

Queens Fashion spekuliert offensichtlich mit dem Geld ihrer Kunden. Nachdem ist vor 10 Tagen ein Kleid gekauft und auch bezahlt habe, ist es jetzt angeblich nicht mehr lieferbar und das Geld wir mir zurück erstattet. Sehr ärgerlich, da es jetzt auch in anderen online Shops ausverkauft ist. Ich frage mich, was Queens die letzten 10 Tage mit meinem Geld gemacht hat?
Auf der Webseite des Anbieters sind angeblich noch 2 Artikel der Ware verfügbar. Scheint für mich absoluter Betrug!

Ich erhalte keine Begründung und laufe meinem Geld seit Wochen nach.

es bleibt zu überprüfen, ob diese Firma nicht von Rohstoffen aus China beliefert wird, welche radioaktiv bestrahlt wurden in China als Desinfektionsmaßnahme. China setzte auch Radioaktive Bestrhlung in grösserem Umfang ein bei der bekämpfungd er Corona-Seuche.

Achtung bei Retouren. Ich bekomme keine Antwort und keine Erstattung über Klarna. Auf Mails bekomme ich keine Antwort.

Leider nur Kauf mit Vorkasse und Abwicklung der Retoure dauert ewig. Ich warte jetzt bereit 3 Wochen auf mein Geld.
