Queen of Hearts Jewelry Arvostelua

I am quite dissatisfied with this location. I ordered a ring and a necklace set from them, spent about three grand, waited six days for my items to come, and everything was incorrect. When I tried to return the items, they claimed I would have to pay them $300 to get my money back. I can't get my money back and am now stuck with cheap garbage. Do yourself a favor and protect yourself from liars such as them.

Very smooth experience .Dhruv assured me of the secure delivery and quick one .The package arrived in a very secured box .And the product was in line with the way it was shown on the website .

I am happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service and fast shipping.
Thank you!

Great jewelery! Great quality! Great Customer service!!! Dhruv is so wonderful!

Amazing item

Great quality, great service. Thank you Druhv!! So happy w my purchase!

Druv was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I had total piece of mind and satisfaction after a big purchase. After having a question about my item, he sent me a couple of videos explaining their purity confirmation process.

The service was really good. Dhruv really makes the experience smooth as he is responsive and accommodating. Queen of hearts jewellery designs are really great and matches their description. It is a great place to buy 22k Gold Jewellery.
Highly recommend.

very systematic. easy customer service. very reliable

I NEVER write reviews but I had to for queen of hearts. I purchased a chain and it’s such nice quality. It’s really hard to find places in America that sell 22k gold so when I found this spot I was happy. Just purchased some stud earrings and can’t wait for them to come in!

Initially I was a bit hesitant to purchase form an online store but it was quick and very safe. Quality is a top notch. Would recommend.

I called to ask about overnight and the guy who spoke to me was very assuring and very patient with me! I ordered the next day at 2:30pm and it came the next day!! It was beautifully crafted and boxed in a beautiful display box! I did not have to wrap it at all! I recommend this place! I'm looking for pieces for myself because the box was just so pretty!

Nice rings fast delivery

Delivery was very fast, packaging was excellent, necklace arrived in perfect condition and exactly as pictured with certificates of gold weight and purity.

Beautiful jewelry.

Beautiful earrings - gorgeous design, substantial and good weight, prettier in person than the pictures. Great communication from the proprietor, very honest - he adjusted the price when he weighed prior to shipping. I will definitely be purchasing more jewelry from this store!!

I am so thrilled to have discovered Queen of Hearts Jewelry. The 22K bracelet I bought is so WONDERFUL. Because I was concerned of proper sizing, Drew gave me a helpful tutorial so that the bangle I chose fit me PERFECTLY. I highly recommend this company for their integrity, kindness, and exemplary service.
