If I could give 0 stars I would.
BEWARE - you should add at least 1.5 months to their estimated delivery date.
It has been 2 months since ordering a pair of earrings and they have still not replied.
So many random emails about the item progressing to next stages in their process but zero accountability for the insanely delayed delivery time.
Do not buy.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We genuinely apologize if this delay has caused you any inconvenience. We do state in our policy that the delivery will be made within 30 days of placing the order, and this shouldn't be an exception.
Your order was placed on 10th February and it was to be delivered within the first week of March. Due to the current Middle East tensions, your package was put on hold by the USPS team, which led to further delays.
As a result, we did offered a reimbursement back to you for your order and did everything we could to make things right. However, your package was delivered on 24th March, and we're trying to confirm if you've received it, but unfortunately, haven't recieved a response yet.
