Dhruv was very helpful and nice dealing

Dhruv shared detailed pictures and videos of the item i was planning to buy, ensured all my questions were answered and made me comfortable. Had a great experience buying from this online store. Would recommend to others. Very trusted and hassle-free delivery. The quality of the item was same as explained and shown in the video and pictures.

I got exactly what I ordered and it arrived on time. Exquisite work.

Fast delivery, unique piece

Shortly received the product and an amuzing necklace, I liked it very much and also got a discount using the promo code.

The item was made very well and shipped on time

Dhruv was a huge help, he reassured me about the legitimacy because it can be risky buying gold online. The documentation that came with the gold was also great, especially because I like keeping track of everything I’ve bought and it’s gram weight. I cannot wait to buy from the store again, the pricing is great especially with the discount.

I bought two earrings from them and they are both very beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures.

Dhruv answered all the questions over the phone and the jewelry was delivered on time within 2 days as advertised.

Great product and service

I was initially unsure about whether the gold was authentic, but my experience turned out to be amazing. Dhruv was fantastic — he personally reached out to ensure everything went smoothly and made the whole process great. I would highly recommend them!

The only downside is that the price is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, most jewelry online tends to be more expensive than in-store, so I guess that’s understandable?

My experience was exceptional from the start through the end. Dhruv was able to clarify so many questions and made the whole process run smooth. He has excellent communication skills and is so organized with everything! I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the delivery. Everything came beautifully wrapped with so much attention in every detail. I was beyond impressed with how beautiful the boxes were. This place is the top of buying jewelry. I strong recommend to buy it here.

Beautiful mangalsutra, received quickly, very nicely packaged, secure delivery. Couldn’t ask for much more. Will definitely order from QoH again.

Wonderful service. Gold arrived in good condition and looked even better in person.

Very shiny I love it! Not cheap by any means but I love this fantastic piece. Thank you!

Thank you so very much . It’s a beautiful stackable bracelet. I love ❤️ it . This seller is highly recommended.

I made two purchases and my husband bought me my Christmas gift. The description of the items we purchased were accurate, the communication was great (we got all our questioned answered promptly) and pricing was very good considering the quality, weight and design of the jewelry we purchased.

Absolutely amazing service! Dhruv is wonderful 😊😊🙏💓💓

Dhruv was true to his words, and I can trust doing business with him online. It was an excellent experience.

I have been looking for the clover style bracelet in 22K gold for a while to match my necklace. I am glad that the Queen of Hearts Jewelry has it. It was a very quick response from the store owner. I like that the Fed Ex is used for shippping. It fees more secured. The item was packed nicely. Thank you.
