As previous reviews have stated the quality of the product was beyond poor. I saw the ad on Pinterest - have deleted the Pinterest app! This wasn't so much a scam as poor judgement on my part. As soon as I placed the order I realized it would be a mistake. Lesson learned. Don't trust info on Pinterest and read reviews first! No paperwork, no order number. Says it all really.

If I could have put no stars then I would. Total scam, received boots just as person in review below, they would good for the bin. Appalled by them and the fact that total rubbish like that can be advertised legitimately in Pinterest.... More fool me!

I purchased a firewood splitter from Quanolo and it is of extremely poor quality , an absolute rip off - avoid .

this is the worst company I have ever ordered from, keep your money , both orders were wrong and although I said I would return one item I was told I would have to pay postage and yet it was their fault. Other order was displaid as a garden hoe with a long handle on it....where was the handle ...oh it does not come with a handle strange how the word handle not supplied was suddenly added in different type that the rest of the advert.....full of excuses....reply post said to me "calm down" obviously operators are not trained and have no idea how to treat customers , will never recommend this junk yard to anyone.

Not what advertised.
Poor quality materials,not same inside purse as seen on photo ,strapping not long enough to go over shoulder and hang lower than your armpit!
Mobile phone only just fits pocket.
Not worth returning got 2.

I have paid this company £30.36 at 12.10 pm 13th February 2023 been chasing every week. I still can’t get my order do not order from this company it’s Buyer beware.

Complete rip off do not use.

Item arrived, nothing more than cheap tat, was nothing like the pictured item, or the ones used in the demo video, or in the hands smiling faces of apparent reviewees. UK Company, it is not! as you may originally think. Look to returning the item, well good luck with that! at your expense, with the combined insurance and postal costs exceeding the value of the purchase price £35.
The item, a kindling splitter, is irrelevant. What’s relevant is the absolute intention to miss lead you. The same tat less than £10 elsewhere. Avoid this company and save yourself the disappointment and financial loss. Crooks!!

Long time ago I had great window cleaning cloths that leave no streaks but they are discontinued now. After seeing advert for Mess free - magic cleaning cloths I've got excited that they could be my new window cleaning cloths but unfortunately they are just a felt fabric and the worst I have ever experienced. They absolutely do not clean the surface as advertised. After reading their return policy I am not even attempting asking for refund.and sending it to someplace to Macedonia at my own costs Very disappointed but it was good to be true, I guess.

This is the worst online company I have ever used. I saw wallets advertised on Facebook on buy one get one free, so I ordered them. When I looked at my bank statement I found I had two payments from it. When I asked for a refund for the second payment , I was told ‘We can't issue no refund currently’
I think I have been caught out by a dodgy company.

I purchased a Kindling Log Splitter as advertised on their website, after carefully looking at the 1st photo and video of the splitter in use. This showed a substantial Log Splitter with raised lettering. What arrived was a smaller than expected welded steel splitter. I should have spotted the fact that 2 additional photos showed an entirely different Log Splitter, which was welded and bore little resemblance to the 1st photo and video. I should also have spotted the fact that the advertised Log Splitter was small, as the size was shown. Never the less, the product provided was nothing like the 1st Photo or the Video of the Splitter in use. Buyer Beware !! There may be a Money Back Guarantee, but think very carefully before you place an order for the Log Kindling Splitter.

The website, the articles on sale and the tracking and tracing are all very professionally presented, but misleading. The reality is very different.

I don't know why people are complaining, I bought many times from this website, the products are top quality, also the customer service is brilliant.

I place an order,than I realise I made a mistake,I immediately cancel my order.After 3 days ,your order is on its way.I have send 4 mails so far.I think fraud on line business

Ordered shower heads that were showing increased pressure at £19.99 each. They didn’t work and actually found them cheaper on Temu for £7 each so AVOID at all costs. Asked to return them and said I would have to pay postage to Macedonia- would have cost me even more and no guarantee I would get the refund.

I just received my order of what looked like a beautiful dress online. We live and learn, big mistake. I read the reviews, well, not what I expected at all, the material, the cut, very poor quality, but get this, they will not refund for any of that unless lost by couriers, or damaged in transit!!! Big big mistake!

I ordered two of the verdesway stretchy dresses as they look so good on the Pinterest advert.
The material is not the same and it looks cheap, its plain cotton. It retails at £60 with 50% off and it's still expensive for what it is.
Very deceiving and you have to pay postage to China to return them, then they decide whether to refund or not! The reviews on the website make it sound amazing, I can't see how they are real when the dress is not the same quality or fabric as the advert. It is not stretchy only the elastic waitsband is! One customer said they pulled it from the bag and wore it straight away, the fabric was that good. No way, they are creased to high heaven and if you try to iron it you are likely to end up with shiny streaks due to the creased hems.
It looks amazing in the add but you are not receiving that item. I couldn't find reviews anywhere before buying, apart from the website and you cannot add one.
I had a similar issue returning a product to China that promised to be amazing according to the British sounding advert. The electronic device didn't work and they said they will give a 50% refund and I keep it or return it back, pay postage and they will decide if it is faulty before providing a refund. So I paid £25 for a broken pulsetech, Shady. I've learned!!
