My office colleague ordered the hair drying brush around 1.5 weeks ago, we were together when she made the purchase. The brush just arrived at the office doorstep and we thought let's test it out and we thought let's test it out and I can say the brush works amazingly well. I just placed a order for it as well but i am just reading some reviews here and and I am lost of words PEOPLE NEED TO REMEMBER THAT IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED IT IS NOT THE COMPANY FAULT ALWAYS! I've had other items being delivered to me damaged from other website because of the courier's fault! I see so many people judging before even emailing the company/ So far we have had a great experience and for now my rating will be 5/5, will see how it goes from here.

One star is too many for this bunch of crooks. Shame l didn’t look at the reviews for this company before ordering. I wouldn’t order again from Quanolo if they were giving stuff away. They are liars and will do anything to avoid giving you a refund no tracking and no parcel after a month. Good job l paid with PayPal in the end they got my money refunded. Pity I didn't find the reviews before ordering from this bunch of scammers. Tried to cancel order within 5 seconds of pressing button. Told they could do nothing as order was with delivery!!! Repeatedly emailed them but kept being told to contact delivery agents. Item came today. Flaming pathetic. Case broken - was small electric hair tongs. Cord 2ft long so unless I'm on the floor can't be used. On off switch inside the heated plates. Item too hot to handle. No refund policy unless you pay. Emails showed UK address. Refund address is
Macedonia with another address in Wyoming. DONT YOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE

False advertising and fake reviews.

I ordered hair conditioner x3. I had a card pushed through my door from yodel to say my item was left on my front steps. I live on a main road!!!! I contacted yodel who did absolutely nothing just told me to contact the company, I did they said it was down to the courier, they were jot prepared to do this on my behalf. They offered me a discount code to purchased more conditioner!! Really I've already spent £40 on items which did not arrive through no fault of my own. I'm very annoyed with the service I've received, or lack of. Stay away all future customers.

2 weeks ago a friend of mine ordered the shoe cleaner snowystep from this company, it just arrived and he told me how nice it works and his shoes were really really clean after using the product so i decided to buy one for myself right now. I believe the product is great👍.

I am so impressed with my twirly order, it’s perfect for curling hair as well as straightening. My sister saw it and she just ordered one from my laptop so i thought since she liked it and we received email to leave a review I would do good to write a review. The ceramic plates are gentle and it doesn’t burn my hair. IT IS PERFECT FOR TRAVELLING!! SMALL AND CONVENIENT

Sealing agent recommended to everyone!! My 3rd order from the company, just received mail to leave a review, never had to reach out to support as i first went through the policies before but I like everything. Great products overall but my biggest impression was the sealing agent called shineguard on their site

I ordered the PosturePro from Quaolo on the 7th August. I have yet to receive it or get any feedback from the “company” !!! The tracking number is non functional and I have sent numerous emails with no response !!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM QUANOLO !!!

Very misleading advert. The garden item took weeks to arrive following the order being placed. My complaint is that the item does not come with a handle. On further reading of the advert this is mentioned but is not initially obvious and I can’t see an option for including the handle. Wouldn’t use this company again and would caution anyone else about purchasing from this site.

I just purchased for the first time from quanolo after a recommendation from a friend. If my friend is satisfied I am pretty sure I will be too. If something happens will change review.

I am currently in the Netherlands and I got a call that I received the package from this company back in the UK. The family opened it and they said it is exactly what we ordered.

This company is nothing short of criminal. I ordered a shirt a few weeks ago and it simply never arrived and the online process for tracking the order does not work

I have ordered 4 LUMILUX lights in the past and i just ordered 10 more so I can cover my whole garden.

These light are AMA-ZING!! solar powered no electricity needed.

I ordered a NUVE electronic pedicure and was sent a Finishing Touch Flawless Pedicure. It retails for much less than the Nuve product and the box it was sent in was completely flattened and broken. I am looking at avenues to get this company closed down online. They take your money and send you an alternative rubbish product. You have been warned!

Nothing wrong with product but is too small. Only saw refund policy after purchase and found no refunds unless faulty or not delivered. Company based outside EU so no cover under UK or EU law! Will never buy again. Saw on Pinterest and in future will carefully check refund policies before ordering.
