PATHETIC!!! Worst scamming site ever!!

Don't waste your time!!

Very poor product models for higher education usage. Account management is non existent. Our recent account manager has basically refused to reply to any emails requesting assistance. We will be looking to move away in the future.

I am the victim of this survey site they only gather your information thru survey app I am qualify to answer. I but after 30 minutes answering and the survey complete I am screen out good thing I take photo while completing the survey. This app is a scam don't waste your time if you see this in your survey platform.

This company offers people less than a dollar to do surveys and ALWAYS have the survey close or have some type of mysterious error after you answer the last question so they don't have to pay you. This company is dishonest from top to bottom, they will take advantage of you any way they possibly can and I would stay as far away from them as possible.

Really good free demo software that allows SME's and small charities to create usable surveys that can be distributed easily.

As a member of a volunteer rural transport group I used this software to write and distribute a survey which resulted in the daily provision of a rural bus service, I couldn't have afforded to buy it just for this.

The functionality is restricted, but not so much so that the software is unusable. The reporting likewise - restricted (as one would expect) but usable and actually very good.

This is a great example of a really good bit of software using the 'free demo' version to create brand awareness with groups of 'individual' users who will probably go on to promote its paid use in larger companies they work or consult for - long may it last!

The software itself (in the free incarnation) is easy to use, intuitive, and as far as I can see pretty 'bug free'(!) Looking at the feature list of the full versions I'm guessing it will do most jobs well too, although costs aren't published widely.

I just dread the day the free version is visited by the accountants and either locked down or restricted so that the only pathway is to a SaaS model that small volunteer organisations or charities can't afford.

I'd love to see more software companies making restricted licences available to the demo versions of products like this available to individuals and charities at a price such organisations can afford (are you listening, Sage?). Thank you Qualtrix!

Cheapo firm who ask too many subjects/field in 1 survey then awards zero points to those who completed it. Many had already claimed that it was Completely spamming & fraud. Don't waste time and energy spent on others

Does not pay for completing surveys. SCAM AND TRASH!!!!

This tool is a complete joke. There is no way to find the sharing link until you publish it again.

After 13 years with this company, we're leaving. The product has become bloated and overpriced, and the churn of business account managers every six months is ridiculous. A new manager every half year means starting from scratch each time, retelling our business case to someone who doesn't know us. There's no relationship.

We missed the cancellation cut-off by one week. Their response was to threaten legal action. We asked for a discounted exit given the poor service and product. Nothing.

A once great company, now expensive, with poor service and a weak product. Look elsewhere.

Painfully slow... One survey and I got 5 years older!

We've been loyal Qualtrics users for more than 10 years. We hit some hard times a month after our renewal notice period lapsed. I asked if we could renegotiate our contract as its too much for us to pay and was met with you're out of your renewal notice period too bad. Any attempt to discuss this was met with the same response. I've now requested a cancellation which they happily accepted (not that they'll let that take effect until 2027). They'd rather their customers churn than have a conversation. An absolute joke of a business

I'm a single father, prime survey material. Qualtrics is the very worst of survey providers. If I see it's Qualtrics, I just quit immediately. Waste of time & free data for them. Clearly the worst as their trustpilot score suggests. I wish there was a way to know prior to taking if it's Qualtrics, so I never would. At least I can see once I've started so I can quit out. Foul company.

Don't believe what the Google Searches tell you. Qualtrics is absolutely awful. I've been trying to set up automatic downloads of *cumulative* survey data for weeks without success. It'll only allow for weekly interval data.

When I reached out to customer service, their help amounted to little more than, "here's a link to a page, go figure it out." This was even the response when I asked for my request to be escalated. Their support has *no* expertise whatsoever. Their resources are useless. Find another company that'll let you do something as simple as download all of your data up to this point with automaticity.

Czasami zdarzą się faktycznie ankiety które faktycznie wypłacają i nie dyskwalifikują cię kiedy jesteś na 90% ukończenia ankiety ale to raczej rzadkość a nie norma.

Rakuten Insights should be humiliated for having these fraudsters on their platform. You are both complicit in a disgusting bait-and-switch. Stop acting like a real company and just admit you're just a bunch of digital pickpockets. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE WORKING FOR FREE FOR LOSERS.

Awful, kick you out of surveys after completing them whole, keep your data for it and then no reward! Avoid like the plague! Only data people ive had bad experiences with.
