I've spent over a week trying to get customer support from Uber for leaving me stranded at the airport during a pre-scheduled ride. I've had over 10 different customer support agents "hang up" their live chats with me when I ask what they're going to do to compensate for charging me DOUBLE for the make-up ride I had to schedule when their original driver left me stranded at the airport. Uber has NO PHONE SUPPORT so everything goes to AI or virtual chat agents who say "sorry, you were charged the right amount, goodbye" and then hang up like they don't understand that I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

Uber is either made up of the dumbest idiots the world has to offer, or they are willingly trying to scam and defraud anyone who even remotely relies on them.

DO NOT TRUST UBER by ANY MEANS!!!!!

Uber abandoned me at the airport and the app broke down. I scheduled a ride from the airport to my apartment A DAY BEFORE. I got off the plane to find my Uber driver 40 minutes away. I called him and he had no explanation except "Call Uber". BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. I was unable to cancel the ride for another because your app thought my ride was "in progres" AND it wouldn't let me log in to make a phone call through the app or get help. Over and over again for an hour I tried to get help from Uber and couldn't reach a SINGLE PERSON. When I finally did--all they could do was charge me $30 for the trip you forced me to cancel THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE WHEN I ARRIVED and then charge me $78 for a new ride--$30 MORE THAN THE RIDE I HAD SCHEDULED.

I've now paid $100 to wait an hour to get home when I should've paid $40 to not have to wait at all. They stole money from me, failed to help me when they left me stranded at the airport, finally *did* connect me with an agent only to charge me more than double for all the difficulty, and then made it impossibly difficult to even ASK for a refund--because there's no phone service for customer support. Just their circular AI and a series of multiple choice options THAT DO NOT COVER ALL POSSIBLE PROBLEMS. They're obviously trying very hard to take ZERO responsibility for your failures.

UPDATE: I had to chat with FIVE DIFFERENT AGENTS--two of which hung up on me without permission--before anyone even transferred me to the "escalations office" at which point--after fighting for 2 hours--they refunded my cancelation fee. What they DIDN'T do was refund my money for the trip that cost $78 when my reserved ride that didn't show was only $40. They basically charged me DOUBLE to leave me STRANDED FOR AN HOUR.

I will NEVER FORGIVE UBER. We're done.

This is BY FAR the worst health insurance I've ever had. I'm paying $200 a month just for them to deny me. They refuse to cover any gender affirming care. They BARELY pay for any other care at all and it has to be an emergency. They won't try to prevent anything and they definitely don't care if your life is so bad that you want to kill yourself. These people are crooks and criminals. It took a month to get a response on ONE question after multiple calls, and emails, and even then--I didn't ACTUALLY get an ANSWER just a response that told me to once again ask a different office. These people don't give a shit about you. Don't give them your money and DEFINITELY DO NOT accept an insurance plan underwritten by Freedom Life Insurance--IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

Jesus Christ--even trying to get a COMPLAINT to you all is impossibly difficult. When did Delta turn into such an incredibly SHITTY airline? Tonight was one of the worst travel experiences I've had in YEARS. Every single Delta worker with whom I spoke today was completely and utterly unhelpful. My flight was delayed by an HOUR--which set back my getting to the hotel--and caused a chain of events including being late to pick up baggage, not being able to find help to direct me to the right baggage claim, not having enough signage to direct me to rideshare (this is on the airport in Atlanta), and then getting me stuck outside the wrong entrance of the hotel. All because I was late starting with your flight. And what explanation is there for wasting hours of my time with this bull? Nothing. And let's talk about why your seats are *so* uncomfortable and why people can recline *so much*. Why is your "complimentary" food cart so unimpressively cheap? Why the hell do you never have enough room for every carry-on bag such that I have to check my luggage when i don't want to and risk you losing it or not letting it arrive with me--which you have done before.

I made an appointment with their Silver Spring office just to wait an extra hour--have to make two trips there and back because THEY were late--and then when my appointment time arrives, they say they "can't do anything." Their procedures won't be helpful for me and just referred me to someone else--an ACTUAL cosmetic surgeon--just like that.

Don't even bother making an appointment with this place. They won't help you, they'll just waste your time and then let you down.

I've been waiting now for 11 days just for the worthless product to even arrive. I originally asked for email-based tracking of my order and all they gave me were emailed ads to new products that I don't even care about. I had to reach out to customer service and wait for them to send me tracking updates only to find out nothing had shipped. Now it's 11 days later, I'm once again waiting on customer service to tell me why it takes two weeks to even get the product, and when it finally arrived--IT BROKE right after opening. Wish I'd never taken a chance on "APEBORN FITNESS"--just another set of crooks out to scam you. Order number 41886

Now that I finally have the "device" it's an OBVIOUS SCAM. The "ab simulator" consists of plastic "twitch makers" that at their highest intensity don't even affect muscles at all. I recently lost 16 inches off my waist--I can feel my abs with my hand--and this machine can't reach them at all. The device itself RIPPED ON THE VERY FIRST USE!!!! The company is a complete joke, too. They've ignored every attempt to communicate with them since I complained about their equipment. I'm literally getting ghosted by customer service. Their return policy is--"the device can't be used in any way" but before it arrived, customer service ALREADY offered to replace it--almost like they knew it was going to break.

PLEASE don't waste your money on these scammers. This is an absolute trash product and a trash company.


UPDATE: This company--in their reply--claims that they tried to give me a new product at no additional cost AND that they tried to reconcile my broken purchase. THESE WERE BOTH LIES.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS OF ANY KIND TO REPLACE THEIR BROKEN PRODUCT. I have not been offered any new or better products although THEY HAVE tried to upsell me on new devices.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. For God's sake, don't trust these people.

This company is terrible. It's an absolute scam. I bought three plaques in a Star Trek theme for myself and my grandparents who introduced me to the show. Not only did it take close to a month for those "plaques" to arrive--they were the worst quality for $70+ I've ever seen. Horrible work. They were off-center, made of some flimsy plastic, and every single one of them was scratched. My late grandmother's was scratched worst of all--she died while I was waiting for these to arrive and when they did they were horrible. I felt honestly guilty even *trying* to present them to my grandfather. When I tried to get replacement plaques from this company, they ghosted me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

In places other than Detroit I've been very pleased. But IN Detroit--Grubhub is a massive failure. It just took 4-5 calls to the restaurant, customer service, and multiple drivers to get an order delivered that I requested over 2 hours ago. And the order was for Bubble Tea.
