DO NOT TRUST UBER by ANY MEANS!!!!!
I've spent over a week trying to get customer support from Uber for leaving me stranded at the airport during a pre-scheduled ride. I've had over 10 different customer support agents "hang up" their live chats with me when I ask what they're going to do to compensate for charging me DOUBLE for the make-up ride I had to schedule when their original driver left me stranded at the airport. Uber has NO PHONE SUPPORT so everything goes to AI or virtual chat agents who say "sorry, you were charged the right amount, goodbye" and then hang up like they don't understand that I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
Uber is either made up of the dumbest idiots the world has to offer, or they are willingly trying to scam and defraud anyone who even remotely relies on them.
