Quality Macs Arvostelua

Very detail oriented. Staff saw I was not having a good time picking things out and they helped me match my needs with the perfect computer I love them.

Quality Macs lives up to their name! I’ve bought several products from them with nothing but STELLAR service and products! Jeff has been super helpful throughout the years and hopefully can do business with QM for many more years!

Quality Macs once again delivered exceptional service with my recent iPad purchase. The team was super friendly and made the entire process effortless. From selecting the right model to the smooth checkout experience, they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Quality Macs for reliable Apple products and stellar customer service. Five stars, no question!

Very professional knowledgeable and attentive.Always had a good experience doing business with them for many years.

Great price for a mac product, quick delivery, and product working as expected. I would highly recomend purchasing on this store.

While out of the country our Macbook Pro was stolen. We decided we didn't want to spend so much $ for replacement since we are still out of the country, After researching vendors of refurbished Apple products we came across Quality Macs. Were going to order and ship but realized we were going to be in San Diego for an 8 hr period. Via many emails back and forth, Quality Macs was wonderful in helping us decide on the model we wanted and having the order processed for the day we were able to pick it up. We arrived at their storefront and our order was ready to be picked up. We were given time to fire up our new but used Macbook and it worked perfectly. It has worked perfectly since we received it. We highly recommend Quality Macs for your Apple needs.

I've been going here for about 10 years. 2 desktops, 6 laptops later I'm still going here.

The staff at Quality Macs is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to assist. I've purchased several laptops from them, and they will always be my first choice when looking for new/used machines.

Solid, reliable service. Highly recommended.

Pricing, Service, Overall Experience.

I have purchased a couple of Macs from Quality Macs. It has been a good experience both times. Macs were as described, and quickly delivered. I wish I could say that their support team was great, but I have never had to contact support.

I am a long-time customer and fan of Quality Macs, and I have to say that every interaction with their team is wonderfully professional, extremely knowledgeable, and enjoyable. They are my absolute "go-to" for any new Mac product I want to purchase. I have purchased iPads, Apple Watches, Laptops, and keyboards, they are simply an amazing resource!

Prompt communication from online inquiries. The descriptions of their used inventory along with pictures made it incredibly efficient to pick out a used MacBook that has suited my needs and looks like I bought it brand new. The added warranty coverage through Quality Macs means I feel secure that my new laptop will last well into the future for me.

it was great. the model we wanted, fair price and efficient pickup.

2nd macbook pro bought through them in the last 4 years. Awesome response and the description in the items is exactly what you get or even better.

Refurbished electronics have a lower environmental impact than new. With Quality Macs I can trust their assessment of the refurb the reliability of their work. Prices are very good and they're easy to do business with.

Great price, free shipping and exactly what I ordered in the pristine condition described. Packaging was excellent and delivery was ahead of schedule. Will continue shopping with Quality Macs as I have for the last 6 years.

Thank you very much for your services. I confess that I was a little skeptical at first, because buying online has never been my thing, but a friend recommended it and everything else is history. The money I've saved with you, I've been compensated by this letter, now I can work and design with the Mac you wanted thanks to the good price/quality ratio of the devices you sell.
