I have really had a great experience with Qualification Check. I submitted my request for verification on June 10 and the following day on June 11 (under 24 hours), I got email confirmation that the verification request had been completed and a submission had been made to WES. This was fast, effective, and efficient. My academic institution is in East Africa where Qualification Check does not even have physical presence, yet my academic documents were easily verified and a submission made to WES. This has been my experience.

Qualification check is a fast and trustworthy website for getting your credential verified and is used by leading UK universities. I had the pleasure of using it recently. The QC team is very responsive and quick and got my credential verified from concerned board in short time. I recommend using it to get your degree / diploma verified.

Actually, I think there are also some issues. For example, as a current student, I have not yet obtained my degree certificate, graduation certificate, or degree certificate number. But even if I choose to be a current student, I cannot avoid filling out these blanks and uploading documents. But overall, the speed is very fast. The page is also very concise and clear, with a great user experience.

I really appreciate their prompt response and help throughout the process. Applications and verifications to universities are usually stressful, and QC is just making it easier and taking some of the stress out!!

One small thing to improve is that I'd really appreciate receiving updates on my application via email, like the reminders sent. In my case, I could have known earlier that my university wasn't responding and could have helped with that, but otherwise, everything is perfect. Thanks a lot and special thanks to Megha Singh!

Terrible service. Have an existing support ticket to cancel a pending verification check that has been ignored and not responded to. Qualification check continuing to contact the university even though I asked them not so. I am under time pressure to get this resolved and Qualification check are the cause of this and making no attempt to offer any assistance. Would not recommend using

Ça a été bien rapide une fois que le paiement par la carte de crédit a été effectué. Mais j'avais rencontré beaucoup de difficultés pour effectuer le paiement. Je ne sais pas si le problème était au niveau de la carte de crédit.
Merci la vérification de mon diplôme d'ingénieur civil a été effectuée.
Maintenant j'attends l'accès pour effectuer la vérification de mon Master.

No reply to my email for more taht 10 days, What is your contact email?

It takes 4 months for my case and the result is ‘delayed at source’. I contacted the institution myself, and they told that they’ve already replied QC emails. I emailed to the university one more time, then they sent me and Qualification their answer. This time the team received the email, and helped to finished my file, sent them to WES. Thanks the team for their helps. What I learned is that you have to follow up both the institution and QC.
