I've submitted my qualifications and paid the fee for 2 months now, and QC said they sent 8 emails to my university. When I checked with my university, they didn't receive any emails from QC. I've been trying to reach out to QC support through their email and live chat for 2 weeks but they're not responding at all. I'm at risk of losing my scholarship and master's program because of them

I submitted my two degrees for verification for WES evaluation, and I submitted my two degrees for Qualification Check because they claim that this would expedite my evaluation process at WES. I submitted my degrees on May 1st, 2025, and it is still pending (QCID 502927).

I contacted them several times, and they usually take four days to reply to my email.

When they replied to me, they said that my university didn't respond to them. However, when I contacted my university, they confirmed to me that they hadn't received any verification request regarding me from Qualification Check.

I don't know what went wrong, but my PhD admission application deadline is July 1st, 2025, and my verification application has been pending for 45 days.

I would advise against using Qualification Check based on my experience. Don't make my mistake; they will take forever to verify your qualification.

The portal was easy to use. Also, they ensured they gave a detailed explanation of the processes involved and the importance of having a wallet after being verified. Qualification Check is a great idea and the organization is doing a great job.
