Confusing order process, short product

I am amending my review of this company, after quite a bit of useless back and forth, i finally convinced their customer service team I was shorted product , which I was and they agreed to ship the missing product.
I don't think it should have been this difficult but I will give them credit for doing the right thing in the end.
During the very confusing ordering process I apparently ordered Qualia Senolytic packs, then during the same transaction I set up Auto ship. I was charged twice the amount the original offer said, and when the order was received there was only one package , one month supply, in the package so I made the assumption that I had paid in advance for the second shipment that would come a month later. Then I got billed for the second month in full with the autoship discount. Because of that confusion I didn't realize I was shorted amongst Supply because otherwise I would have delayed the the next shipment since I would have had a month ahead. Company refused to make it right. Basically saying you didn't let us know tough luck! Absolutely horrible customer service. I don't know who does their shipping but I only received one package in the first month when I was supposed to apparently have received two. This is an extremely expensive product and to have not received the discount I was due, and their customer service basically calling me a liar, not going to support a company like that! If they can't make one customer whole, they're doing something wrong and I will not support them! Personally I would say they're crooked and stay away from them
