⚠️ COMPLAINT REGARDING QBERX CAPITAL – WITHDRAWAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION

I am sharing my personal experience with QberX Capital because I am extremely disappointed with their withdrawal process and customer service.

My main concerns are:

❌ Withdrawal Issue: After requesting a withdrawal, I did not receive proper and timely communication regarding the status of my funds.

❌ Poor Customer Support: It has been very difficult to get a clear response from the company when there is a withdrawal-related issue.

❌ IB Communication: The information provided by the IB/representative regarding withdrawals and account-related matters was not clear and, in my experience, caused confusion.

❌ Lack of Proper Communication: When money is involved, clients deserve clear information about the withdrawal status, expected processing time, reason for any delay, and the person responsible for resolving the issue.

❌ Customer Care Concern: The company website advertises 24/7 support and priority withdrawals, but my experience with communication during the withdrawal process has not matched those expectations.

I am requesting QberX Capital to provide a clear written response regarding:

My withdrawal status
The exact reason for any delay
The expected date/time of payment
The official withdrawal policy applicable to my account
The name/contact of the responsible customer-support or compliance person
A proper explanation from the company rather than communication only through an IB

QberX Capital should understand that withdrawal support is one of the most important services for any trading company. When a client requests withdrawal of their own funds, timely communication and transparency are essential.

I am posting this complaint to document my experience and to ask the company to resolve the matter professionally.

QberX Capital — please provide a proper written response and resolve the withdrawal issue without further delay.

⚠️ **BE VERY CAREFUL WITH QBERX CAPITAL**

Based on my personal experience, I would **not recommend this company** to traders who care about reliable withdrawals and responsive customer support.

My experience was extremely disappointing. Initially, I received a small withdrawal, which gave me confidence to continue. However, when it came to larger withdrawal requests, the experience changed completely. I faced serious issues with the withdrawal process and, most importantly, **poor or no proper response from the company/support team**.

Another major concern is the company’s regulatory status. Qberxcapital dot com own website lists **QBERX CAPITAL LIMITED** with a registered office in **Saint Lucia**, rather than Dubai. I would strongly recommend that every trader independently verify the company’s regulatory authorization before depositing any money.

👉 **My advice:** Do not judge a broker only by attractive spreads, leverage, execution claims, or an easy initial withdrawal. Always test withdrawals carefully and verify the regulator, legal entity, client-fund protection, and jurisdiction.

I am sharing this review based on **my personal experience** so other traders can do their own due diligence before depositing funds.
