I got an upgrade from Starlink including an "Expert Install." So far, so good. Try booking an installation through their standard channels though. You will enter a world of pain and doom loops.
I called Chigwell Satellite and everything suddenly changed. Charlie was incredibly helpful and booked me an installation almost the next day.
Gary the installer turned up on time. Then went the extra mile with my installation to ensure I was 110% happy with the job. Gary was polite & efficient and has done a lovely job, respecting my property all the time.

How refreshing, to be able to get REAL customer service on the telephone. The problem was with my aerial, but the help was there on the phone all the time.

I bought a brand new Humax HDR box which failed after 17 months. It wiped all my recordings and wouldn’t activate the scheduled recordings. The company suggested I do a factory reset but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t happen again so I requested a replacement or partial refund, but they said they were under no legal obligation to do anything. All they offered was a 15% discount if I bought something else. I have given them 1 star because this item was such poor value. I wish I had bought elsewhere.

Update: I did as CEO Richard suggested and emailed them directly. Twice. Asking for a review. But received no reply. The last message I had from them before posting this review ended with the words: “this will conclude the matter from our side.” So I can only assume they had no intention of engaging further, despite the CEO’s message.

I bought an item from Amazon which unfortunately proved faulty. This item was distributed by Chigwell Satellite. I spoke with a super guy (Daniel) who was courteous helpful and without any hassle whatsoever had a new item on its way the next day and having the defective item collected two days later. How very refreshing to deal with a company that has customer satisfaction in mind.

How refreshing to contact a company by phone to get to speak to someone that could help me (Richard) instantly. On return from holiday we found that our Starlink router wasn’t working, leaving us with no internet. There is no mobile signal where we live so I had to get my daughter to try to find me a replacement. She gave me the number for Chigwell Satellites and I was able to purchase a replacement which was delivered the following day by Royal Mail. I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this company.

I ordered a product through Amazon which due to me not reading the blurb properly (blame it on my age) was not suitable for my specific requirements. Nothing wrong with the product but because it wasn't a Wi-fi product it wasn't suitable for use in my period cottage. Originally there were hiccups with the return (mainly Amazon's processes) however, once I was able to speak to Daniel direct, all sorted and refund arrange within seconds. Thank you guys for dealing with the stress in such a professional manner. Great service.

I would highly recommend this company. I ordered my Humax 5000 recording box back in May. Very prompt delivery, l have had a problem with not being able to record programs, l phoned Humax they didn’t help. In desperation l phoned Chigwell, the problem was sorted very quickly.
