Firstly the wrong chassis and wheels were sent. On asking for the correct ones to be sent we were told we did not understand the difference between silver and gold and did not understand light reflection. Eventually having been told how wrong I was a number of times and Pushchairexpert refusing to engage in a positive dialogue, James the business owner got in touch.

Cut a long story short, he offered a full refund if we could prove that the item we ordered, which was advertised on their website, which is widely available online, which we had seen in store and which we could prove with numerous photos of versions online was in fact available. He then suggested we had not even checked with the manufacturer, and that the model requested was not available and reneged on his offer of a full refund.

We have been treated like a villain all the way through the process, when all we have ever wanted was the product advertised.

We visited the Boston store to choose our travel system. Staff was very helpful and none judgemental when we asked silly questions as first time parents to be. We were left alone to walk around the shop but staff always made sure they were available if we needed help or ask questions which made us very relaxed. We wanted to shop around before making our final decision. Staff didn’t press us to make our decision there and then. As we travelled to the store for 1,5 hours they recommended that if we decide to go with pushchair expert we should give the store a call to order or order the travel system online to make it easier for us. In the end we’ve made the order online and purchased Oyster 3 Luxury Bundle in Graphite next day delivery. The store phoned me straight away to inform me that the isofix was not in stock and gave me the option to receive the travel system the next day without the isofix or receive the whole order together once isofix was back in stock which would take few days. The travel system arrived the next day as I was too excited to wait additional few days and isofix followed 4 days later. Once unboxed we have noticed that the car seat was missing the extra infant head support and fortunately the store was able to sort it out for us. I was updated regularly via email and head support arrived promptly within a week. Thank you Dan.
Despite the small issues I am still happy to rate this company and service 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
